AB involves baby play and age regression by virtue of what it is. DL doesn't and is simply an adult enjoyment of being diapered. Whilst I'm very happy for AB friends to do and be what they are, it's not for me personally, and I'm strictly DL.

Probably not, but I was raising a point of interest, to me at least, rather than seeking a definitive yes/no answer to something which isn't amenable to that sort of certainty.

One can draw whatever conclusions one wants from the fact, but the Bible says absolutely nothing about masturbation as such. The nearest it gets is Onan withdrawing from his wife prior to ejaculation in order to prevent her conceiving. My hunch is that masturbation was probably regarded as a common bodily function along with urination and defecation, not warranting any kind of specific mention. Men and women have evolved over the centuries but not really that much so far as our essential natures are concerned. All of that said, different people read the Bible in different ways. I read it through the eyes of Liberal Anglican Catholic Christian, rather than a Conservative Evangelical one, and that informs my outlook.

Well the way I see it is that some people wear diapers for medical reasons, others for fetish reasons and others simply for comfort or confidence reasons. Whilst they can be, these reasons aren't necessarily mutually exclusive and can frequently overlap. For what it's worth, which probably isn't a lot, I don't think there's anything inherently childish about doing something which provides comfort, pleasure, and probably makes your life easier, so long as it doesn't harm others.

On Good Friday my thoughts turned to the Crucifixion and this year I find myself wondering whether the Lord did a wee during the Crucifixion or not. If he did, it's not mentioned in the Gospels and wouldn't be because public urination wasn't uncommon in that society and culture. However I couldn't help wondering whether He weed during the crucifixion as it would have followed a long morning of interrogations by Pilate and Herod, as well as being very painful and frightening itself. I did discuss this online with a priest and he thought it was doubtful as Jesus probably wouldn't have anything much to drink since the Last Supper and would have sweat a great deal, particularly following the scourging. If he were asked, I suspect the Lord would decline to give a yes/no answer and instead ask whether thinking he weed helped me to love him more and enter more deeply into His Passion. What do other members here think, though?

I don't know any reason why you shouldn't wear diapers to a medical appointment if you so wish. Doctors are trained to be non judgemental and not make any assumptions about why people do certain things.

Hi there If there's one thing that can definitely be said about me, it's that I'm not well hung down below. In fact, I've got a pretty small penis. Whilst there are some minuses to that, there are also advantages, including being able to wear any style of underwear and, of course diapers, with ease. I'd be interested to know if there are any large or above average guys on here, and whether it affects their ability to easily or comfortably wear diapers, whether it's from choice or for a medical reason.
