  1. Why do babies have trouble standing up when they're naked? Because their diapers are load bearing!
  2. Interestingly enough, I DO wear 24/7 without a specific medical need. My bladder control has waned a little bit, but I can 'go back' if need be. Honestly, I had a chance to do it (motorcycle accident gave me the cover I needed) and I jumped at the chance. I wouldn't dismiss other people saying things immediately out of hand, but I feel as if a lot of postings are not identifying the fantasy versus the reality. You can be a little, but you've gotta be a big, otherwise it's not healthy, etc. OK, enough off comments - Yes, I wear 3 Abena X-Plus diapers daily. Sometimes more if I'm well hydrated, or if Mommy requires it. -lilkidatheartmn
  3. Not much cost-wise, but that's only because he was doing a road trip through the area and ended up doing a personal delivery and setup. Best suggestion is just to get in touch with him, and see where he's going in the near future. He travels across the country for events and can usually accomodate. -lilkidatheartmn
  4. Thank ya! I got the crib from Thrashbear - AKA Cubswork (http://cubswork.livejournal.com/). The price was quite reasonable and I was happy with the end result. -lilkidatheartmn
  5. Here's my Nursery - I'm really happy with how it turned out, but it sure took a while to put it all together.
  6. It was interesting at first - we have a two bedroom condo, and originally it was just a "storage room." Then we converted it into the casino room and had japanese slot machines. It got used 2-3 times in a year if even that. Pretty much after spending most of the time with the door closed, my girl and I finally decided to put it together as a nursery. Everyone got so used to having the door closed, that by the time we started locking the door it was a non-issue. Honestly, the less of an issue you make of having a constantly locked door, the less people will care about it. :-) The only part we have to worry about it making sure to lock the door when company is coming over, and taking down the Winnie the Pooh hanging decoration, which is pretty manageable. -Lilkidatheartmn
  7. The white one on the left from the main page ended up in my nursery. :-) I am very happy with the construction of the crib. The fit and finish was very good. (I understand what he meant when he said that he constructs them so that a gorilla could use them. ) The paint was a little light in some areas, but this was before Thrashbear got his method down, so I'm not too up in arms about it. If you get the chance to purchase, just be sure that you know what you're looking for, style-wise. I looked at quite a few cribs online to get an idea of what I would like in my own. -Lilkidatheartmn
  8. Being out of your element can sometimes make it easier to separate your "big" self from your "little" self. But that's just *points at self* this guy's opinion. :-)
  9. I had the opportunity to hang out with Kat last month, and have to say that she's one of the nicest, sweetest people I've ever met in the lifestyle. If you get the chance to partake, it's highly recommended. Hope you're having a great day! -Lilkid
  10. Unfortunately, they don't sell the kinds we usually like at the corner store. Besides - I started to try 24/7 a few days ago, so I wanted to stock up beforehand. -lilkidatheart
  11. Hi everyone! I finally got my stash and gear organized after a long battle with the closet shelves. So.... show your pride and snap a picture of your stash! -lilkidatheart
