Absolutly ! I still buy underwear, They hold a diaper in place better, Lessen crinkles and offer a little bit of back-up for minor leaks !

For me I change when it gets fairly full as diapers are pricey ! A good disposeable will keep you pretty dry. I would assume for some ab/dl's it comes down to cost.

Attends with waist band is terrible, it has been for about 4 years now, Classic attends is more absorbant, more comfy and much drier.

At one time Luvs used to be the premium brand in P&G's line of diapers. Then came Pampers Premium (now Pampers Cruisers). In the early to mid 1990's Luvs was much better than Pampers, but to compete with Store brands P&G made Luv's their value brand. (I worked for P&G).

I rip my disposables apart and compost the fluff and stuff from inside,(mix it with dirt coffee grinds vegetable peels etc.) Put it in the garden every fall, it works very well ! I don't rip apart the poopy ones !!! Yuck ! I throw those ones away.

I just drive to the medical supply store and pick them up. They treat me really well there. If I want they will deliver them but you have to call a day in advance. The ladies there are very cool. They even like to chat about diapers and which ones work best.

I wear to work sometimes depends on what i am doing ... sometimes no need to wear as i am in the middle of nowhere and can go anywhere on the spot.

No it does not affect our sex life too much.

Paper-pak is making attends with cloth outer-cover and sides, they are called "Attends Breathable Briefs" and will be on the market very soon. I do have some they were sent to me by paper-pak canada. I do like them, but i still prefer the attends with the micro-pore lining. These are just a new product and do not replace their other products. Check out the attends north american site for more details and it even has a little movie about them.

I went to bed with out a diaper on one night, I cuddled up to my my wife .... went to sleep... then I pissed all over her ! Boy she was mad. Now she checks constantly to see if i am wearing a diaper.

I need diapers only for unrinary incontinence, but sometimes in the morning i just crap in them anyways because i am gonna have shower soon. It doesn't feel that bad depending on what you eat.

I mostly wear at home, but I will wear in the car, and I wear to bed everywear i stay.
