oooh fun! 1. First, let’s decide the severity for urinary incontinence: - Severe / Total incontinence I've always wanted to experience the feeling of having absolutely no control. Closest I got was when I had a kidney stone. 2. Next determine the primary type of urinary incontinence: - Nonstop Leaky faucet I want to be able to just go about my day and not once have the feeling that I need to pee. 3 Very good! How much awareness do you want to have? - No awareness of having to pee. Total amnesia. - Vague awareness. Think id like to have both, I enjoy the feeling of the wetness spreading and knowing its happening, but also would like to just realize that i may need a change. 4. What about nights? - No bedwetting - Heavy wetting, frequent pee dreams - Heavy wetting with infrequent pee dreams. This one I'm not sure about. I've never really thought about it. Obviously bed wetting would be part of it. I was never a bed wetter growing up. My mind always went straight to 24/7 and not the other aspects of it. But I would imagine waking up wet would be enjoyable. 5. Do you want your incontinence to be reversible or permanent? - Reversible I say reversible only because its an unknown for me. I'm sure id never do it. But the option is nice in case something bad happened like if I lost my job and couldn't afford diapers anymore. 6. Do you wish to have bowel incontinence as well? - No bowel incontinence - Mild/ occasional bowel incontinence This one is difficult. Messing my diaper is not really an act that I enjoy doing, but I would like to experience 1 mess in my life that happened on its own without my input. 7. Finally, would you like to add toilet confusion, thus impossible to use a toilet? - No For this I'm going to pick no, mostly for the same reasons from number 5.

Congrats on 4 years! Love reading about all your updates Have you had to tell your doctor yet? How have you handled going to a pool or lake for swimming? Back before all this when you were just a bedwetter, did you ever have an accident when taking a nap?

I'll be going to MCFC this year! just on Saturday though. don't think I've been back since before COVID. Super excited

I'd go for another opinion, your never too old to figure out how your brain works and the different ways you can ease yourself into making a thing easier. Even if they say there isn't a point, if you ask for the test its for your peace of mind.

It is the current discussion with my therapist, though not in Kansas. It's also the reason Ive been posting alot more, she suggested a small amount of exposure therapy just chatting with people so i dont feel so much of the gilt and shame keeping it all to myself seeing that so many share the same experience. but as @WeaselDiaperBoy has said, very professional. no judgment at all aside from myself. she handles it better than i do

PC player here, lately I've been playing Pacific Drive, thinking about The WereCleaner and have been dabbling back into Starfield a little here and there. Oh also play Star Citizen, new patch launched today so I'll probably be playing that for a bit coming up
