The cashier won't ask you any questions. To them you are just another customer and they will not pay any extra attention to what you buy. Really the problem with buying in person is usually lack of choice and lack of quality products. Most of what you will find will probably be inferior to what you can get online, but if you are going to do it then the best advice is to treat it like any other purchase at any other store.

Only if the "cure" to loving diapers was to become incontinent so that I didn't just love them, but needed them, maybe. That way, I could enjoy wearing 24/7 and nobody could judge me for it.
