If laid out to form a rectangular "classic" diaper, the result would be about 42" x 29" or 30", which is about the size of a standard adult diaper, but it would need two pins and not have as wide a fit range. If you were willing to not have the overlap to use one pin and were willing to use two, you might get as big a waist as 48"; 50" would be the limit
