    • Just put on a Kiddo Premium Overnight diaper. Although it's early, I will be wearing this diaper to bed, wet or dry; probably slightly wet.
    • Nice new chapter! I do like it, the pacing and characters are great. It feels pretty realistic. Hard time for Lucas, I don't really feel it would be the best to follow Daniel's advice to just tell everybody. I think I couldn't if I was in his place.
    • I've been exploring classical/pavlovian conditioning recently. The goal is to have a trigger that creates something like urge incontinence. Engage the trigger, suddenly have an uncontrollable urge to urinate. The origin came after exploring "latchkey urgency" or "latchkey incontinence", where when arriving home after some hours away, feeling no real urgency, as soon as you reach your front door, you have a SUDDEN, URGENT need to go to the toilet. The theory is that you've accidentally conditioned yourself (using the same classical/pavlovian conditioning as soon with Pavlov's dogs), connecting arriving home to urinating. If the first thing you do when getting home after some time away, is go to the toilet, then an association forms. I extended this thinking to a deliberate trigger. I thought about different triggers available, but wanting to avoid something I'd come across in general life. Tactile triggers, odours, sounds, are the most common. I decided to explore odours, using an essential oil (like a concentrated aromatherapy scent). Something unlikely to be found in general life, but distinct enough to condition against. Clove oil is really good, and Vetiver is pretty decent too. Clove is more distinctive and probably more trainable, but perhaps too likely to come across in life. Vetiver is a bit more vague, but less common. Choose something that's good for you. After some two months of training (every time I needed to pee, I would smell the trigger first, some 1-30 seconds prior to going to the toilet, or wetting my diaper). Today, I was coming home, feeling some minor urgency, I smelled the trigger, and suddenly I wasn't even able to open the front door before I wet my training pants. It's certainly not conclusive, and there's obvious overlap with latchkey incontinence, but it feels like a really positive step. I've started gathering data, so perhaps in a month or three I can produce some charts. But the signs are positive enough I thought others might like to know about my approach. Feel free to ask questions.
    • Just don't wash it with anything else then unless you like tie dye laundry.
