I have always loved wearing cloth diapers and plastic pants since about the age of 10. Since it is not really possible to be in diapers fulltime, I started to wear panties as I got older. I found that modern briefs fit very much like the plastic baby pants I was wearing over my diapers. Night time I am always diapered, day time if I am not in diapers, I wear panties every wear.

Today I put on youth girls size 16 cotton panties. They are only slightly snug but there's a little room in them so I have on a thin disposable diaper with a soaker inside of it and gently & slowly leaking into them so they swell up slowly. This way I get the diaper much closer fitting to me and I get to have both my panties and diaper on at the same time. Best of both worlds for me.

I just got some with a wide waistband. I love those poking out the back of my shorts. You know what they are when you see them.

I do wear them so if I lift my shirt up or bend over you can see a whale tail.
