The Reviews:
- These Diapers suck, I have used a large number of different types. And I
don't Like them. They leak to easy. Ken
- These diapers are very
comfortable. I've been able to wet them 8 times (while sitting)
before they started to leak. They also feel quite dry. Fred
- The new Depend Night and
Day briefs are great for 24 hour protection. I have had fewer
problems with leaks! I am diapered 24/7 from a back injury. Feel
free to email me if you have any questions. speedotan4me@hotmail.com

- Well I thought the new
depends would not be as good as the depend overnights with the
big tapes and the leak guards. Attends remind me of Huggies
diapers they start out good when they are dry and as the diaper
becomes more yellow you start to feel clammy. My pants felt
clammy in Attends I had my diaper clothes on and the diaper
wetness made me feel like was wet and these were Attends perma
dry. I don't want to feel like I'm in a lake of the yellow stuff
if you get the brand of diaper you can have some serious issues
of diaper rash of the mind. You have to be able to do the
urination thing without it hurting you or doing the bowel
movements without being in any kind of pain. I was stunned by
the new depends they are good because they have leak guards one
of the best things about wearing diapers. Also they finally did
it right with the agm ingredient that they claim turns wetness
into a gel so it won't leak and cause odors. I don't think I
diaper can take a girl's wetness or a guy's urine and turn it
into a gel. The gel is the best thing I like about diapers. You
can check your girlfriend's pants by doing various gel tests no
I won't give them away because I don't trust everyone who reads
this site. If parents don't know about the gel they shouldn't be
using disposable diapers for their kids. Sometimes I think I'm
smarter then the parents who diaper their kids. The new depends
also have another hidden thing about them "Speed dry
System" When you first go in your diaper it will feel wet
but then speed dry kicks in and makes you feel dry and without
any smells in the diaper. I give these a 91/100. Not having big
tapes is a problem but if you don't get leaks that easily then
these are good. Haven't had any leaks. Remember the gel won't
hurt you if it is on your skin. INF
- I was really surprised by
these diapers. I felt that depend was poor quality in the past.
I bought these on a whim and I was really surprised. Talk about
bulk up when wet !!! They are really thin when dry but when
soaked 5 0r 6 times they get really thick. I will buy these
again. Still not my favorite diaper but it is third. I give
these a 8/10 rating. And that is good rating coming from me, I
am really particular about my diapers. A very good diaper at a
great price. prakticaboy
- I really like these
diapers. They have the best fit I have found and hold a lot for
there size. They are fairly thin to wear dry, not too bulky, but
get very big before they will leak. For the money and comfort
these are the best. Jake
- They are so comfortable. I
can wear one all almost all day without using another one. I
like them even though they crinkle. I give this diaper 8-10 for
best tapes and absorbency. I suggest this diaper. I also would
prefer attends I like them also. Eddie
- The are the
worst diaper that I have tried in a while I used to use the
overnight ones all the time because they were thicker than the
regular ones when they switched to the day\night in one diaper
and discontinued the supposedly the day time ones and only made
the night ones they had the night time ones for a while and then
they switched to the daytime ones and jipped you on two diapers
because they are not the thick ones. I wont buy these ones
anymore go Tena on the super briefs. Scotty
- Well, I have to say,
depends finally got it together. I still think they need to work
on the tapes, but other than that, I LOVE the diapers. As far as
absorbency, forget it, these diapers wouldn't stand a chance
against a small over flood, but put two of them together and
it's a joy! Complete and total joy! Makes it seem like a nice
thick diaper. On a grade level, I'll give it a C+ or B-, as it
still needs work! Jeffrey
- Very
babyish plastic is ok except the tape rips it 3 tapes work well don't
care for the wetness indicator I like the other brands that
change colors at different stages the absorbent pad in the back
needs to be higher can leak often. Joe
- On the website for depend
then do say the day and night max protection have odor control.
But it is a weird smell when the diapers become wet. If they
made depends more like Huggies it would be better. The problem I
have with them is those tapes they are way too small and I ended
up with a minute leak so that notched these down. They are not
the best but not the worst new review score 80/100. The Speed
dry works but not good enough. The overnight ones were better
than these. INF
- These are good diapers. I
use them a lot. They are soft and crinkly and hold a lot without
leaking. I also think that they made a good improvement on the
tapes. Not as good as the wider overnight tapes, but better than
what they had on the regular diapers. I also really like the
leak guards, makes it a lot more like baby diapers. Andy
- They seem smaller than
depends overnights, not to mention the padding also seems
different. I wore one yesterday for 7 hours, and the padding in
them separated. I think they are too noisy, and they should be
thinker. They are a good last resort diaper, and I end up
wearing them frequently, due to not being able to buy better
diapers locally. They are good, but not he best. David
- These are much better than
the depends of the past. I also think they made the s/m a little
bigger than before. I have a 36'' waist and can fit into the
smaller size just fine. The protection is great! These work much
better than the daytime ones from long ago. If you are having
leakage trouble, put a size 6 Huggies in for a soaker. I wore
them this way and it held up for hours. Brendan
- These diapers are awesome.
They hold a lot of pee. They are thin when they are dry but when
you pee in them they expand. They have the leakage barriers so
the pee does not leak out. I give them a 9 out of 10. The tapes
held up for me pretty well. Mike
- This
diaper is awesome, it is very loud, so everyone can tell that
your wearing a diaper, and has a very babyish feel and look. The
only problem is the first time I had a heavy wetting the leaked.
Brian
- These diapers are the best I've ever used.
Purple H
- Very comfortable with good
leak guards and a nice waistband. Only problem i found with them
is while sitting there is a problem with leaking just behind the
legs. But while standing they absolutely will not leak. Jake
- Well if it was possible for
Depend to make a noisier less absorbent diaper, they've found a
way. I've tried Depends in all its flavors and this has got to
be my least favorite yet. It's thinner, even less padding on the
wings than before (and that wasn't a lot to begin with), and the
tapes-- well, the tapes now deserve a whole rant just by
themselves. **IF** you can manage to get a diaper out of the
pack without at least one of the six tapes grabbing the diaper
next to it and ripping it out of the pack, then you will find,
upon taping the diaper on, that they don't really stick as well
as they used to. And if you pull 'em loose to re-fit the diaper
later on, well, guess what-- that was a mistake: the tapes lose
some of their stickiness and will pop loose under the least
amount of stress. In other words, if you actually USE this
diaper after you've refastened the tapes, you'd better have some
cellophane/packing tape handy or it'll fall right off your ass.
I'm currently drinking lots of water and beer just to pee my way
through these ridiculous things, and I'm using Pampers 4 soakers
inside, with plastic pants to hold em on, just so they don't
leak. If there's anything good to say about em, it's that they
still don't have the cloth-like backing everybody else has gone
to. In summary, Depends have always kind of sucked but now they
suck even more. If you want a noisy crinkly
everybody-in-the-room-hears-it diaper, DepMaxProt's are for you.
Otherwise, consider them for emergencies only. wetvinyl
- These diapers are the best
that I have ever worn. The wetness indicator makes it so that
you just have to look to see if its still there, and if it is it
can still absorb more. I emptied my entire bladder into one and
it did not leak. Stephen
- In my job I am no where
near a bathroom for 6-8 hours at a time, so the other day, sick
of peeing in back lanes, I stopped by the local drug store to
find a solution. I ended up getting a package of Depend Maximum
Protection.
This is my first experience with these Diapers, and I have to
say I'm impressed. While they are noisy on their own, they
become almost silent after you put on your clothing, and do
become silent after they have been worked in for a few minutes.
They offer a nice balance between absorbency, and thickness in
that they disappear under loose fitting pants, but will handle a
full 6 hours of wetting.
The first day I tried them at work, I was terrified that I had
the tell tail diaper leak on my back side, as I had wet them
several times. However I was relieved to find out, when I got
home, that they had performed well, and probably could have
handled another wetting or two. Eric
- I have used the depends
cloth diapers, all the different assurance diapers, and a couple
of the cvs brand. These depends are by far the best. They will
hold about 60 ounces of water or about 5 wettings without
leaking even with my tight panties over them. The plastic even
feels nice and smooth rubbing on my legs and doesn't cause
irritation like the cloth like diapers. Matt
- these are the worst diapers
I've ever used. The tapes don't hold, they wont even hold a good
wetting, and they fall apart when i wear the overnight and toss
and turn, i wake up with cotton from the sides all over. Baby
Brad
- I used to like these, but
recently they changed them to make them more
"discrete" - in other words no more plastic outside.
If you like the feel and crinkle of plastic, these are no longer
the ones to use. LilJ
