  • Its hard to rate diapers because everyone pees differently and fits them on differently. Me for instance a Medium fits kind of tight (34" waist) They sell for about $10 USD. Even though they are tight you would expect the tapes to come off but they have special visible tape zone that hold extremely well. As for absorbency it will not take on a full force morning piss with out leaking like Attends will. Normally if I wear this diaper overnight I put in soaker pads like a Poise pad or Depends boost then it will hold the morning piss. Also I have to use petroleum jelly where the leg cuffs meet as they grip tight. If you empty your bladder when you first feel it getting full you will be alright. I must say they seem to be the best anatomical diaper I have used (I have used Depends, Walgreen's, Attends) If you wear a Medium Attends you might want to shoot for the SIZE "REGULAR" (SM, M, REG, LG, XL, XXL) This diaper has a white plastic sheet cover, leg guards (not whole diaper guards) and no waistband. Overall I buy these because they are cheap and comfortable and the tapes stick INCREDIBLY WELL. If i had to compare this diaper to another I would say its most like Walgreen's diapers. Medline Protection Plus are decent and slightly better than Walgreen's in my opinion. COMFORT [10=Best 1=Worst] (Comfort Dry: 9) (Comfort Wet 7) ABSORBENCY Morning Flood: Leaked Daily Urine Release: 2 Medium Pisses or 1 Big Piss and 1 Trickle Release Daily Poop Release: Not a lot of room to hold poop, hard to push it out completely unless you have troubles with diarrhea. Give it a try. Justin

  • I'm not too happy with this brand, on my first wetting the diaper leaked around the bottom. They are cheap to buy, $10 for a pack. After doubling up on them they are holding up much better but that basically cancels out the savings in price over Molicare for instance. It's not very comfortable for messing since they fit rather tight but once full they seem to hold everything in place decently. If your looking for something cheap these are ok but if you want something that is leak proof and is comfortable to mess in, I would look elsewhere. Personally I will stick with my favorite, being Molicare Super Plus. Natasha
