The Reviews:

  • Good for small leaks, but you better use a liner for larger ones. Drew

  • Good for overall absorbency but the part between the legs is too narrow. recommend plastic pants with this to prevent leaks. Pros: Fits good for 34inch waist Absorbs ok, and odor control. Cons: Not bulky enough could leak because no proper leak guards. I use drynites over them to keep leaks in and bulk them up a bit. J

  • Good for times you can not get into your regular diaper and rubber pants.
Keep in mind small leaks are possible. Mark

  • This is an ok pull up though it is not all that absorbent. It can hold one wetting if you don't flood them. Don't have good leak guards. The pros are that it is very quiet and thin making it a very discreet diaper to wear under clothes for people that only need moderate protection They feel a lot like GoodNites for bigger people. This is made more for people that do not need full protection. It is not acceptable for overnight use, but I like them as a daytime diaper and I've found I prefer it to depend pull ups. They come in two absorbencies, regular and extra - get the extra.
For daytime wear: 7 out of 10
For Nighttime wear: 2 out of ten
For being discreet: 10 out of 10

  • I've been a must diaper user for 4 years now and I found that Tena is the most comfortable pull up type. I've tried Depends; and other brand names but they seemed to be bulky and kept sliding down and no way near the comfort I have from Tena. I'm a male but I also have tried the Poise Panty. It too felt very comfortable and felt more like real underwear as did the Tena. Tena seems to hold more pee than the poise panty. I do wear a pad if I know I'm going to be out for a long time. bigj
