A nice thick
diaper with a good rustle sound to it, the diaper comes to just
over the belly button so you feel like a baby again. Can hold a lot
of pee, and poop and keeps odor to a minimum. Daphne

A very absorbent
diaper, but not as comfortable as the Tena ones. They are
completely white with double-adhesive tapes (so you can untape
and retape them once), which is handy because the adhesive is
VERY strong - I love being able to go to bed in just a diaper,
knowing that the tapes won't come undone overnight. There is
virtually no elastic, so you'll need some pants or knickers if
you like a snug fit, and you have to be careful not to do them
up so tightly that you cut off the blood supply to your legs!
Unlike the more comfortable, snug-fitting diapers, it's harder
to forget that your wearing them - which I think is a good thing
