  • I wear the medium sized nappy, and didn't know they did a level 10 soak until the other day.
They are very padded, and make you waddle. They sound like pampers, and feel like them as well. I've slept in them ,and wet more than three times. Without any leaks, good nappy (diaper).

  • From what I can tell, Attends 10 is Paper-Pak's new name for their original briefs.  (The number reflects the product absorbency, with Attends 0-4 being pads.  The only change I see is the new, white tapes with the Attends logo, which do seem to stick better.  While I don't think Attends absorb much more than a good generic diaper (see my Assurance review), they are constructed much better.  The waistband really works and the leg elastic is often snug the first time you apply the bottom tapes.  The padding doesn't collapse easily.  The wetness indicator is less-affected by sweat.  They also have a greater wing area in the front and back, which may make them usable at night without a soaker.  Compared to other name-brand diapers, they don't swell-up when wet, although they're a little bulky to begin with.  I'd still like to see a design with leak guards and more absorbency, but the current Attends 10 is a respectable diaper. Alan

  • These are the best diaper I've ever worn by far. Three good wettings and they're still going strong. The inside material is very comfortable and the outside still has the babyish feel. I'd recommend them to anyone wanting a quality diaper. 10/10 Paul

  • These are the best diapers I have ever used. Tapes stick well, and they are very absorbent. The plastic cover makes form a babyish feel. They are kind of thick and crinkly, too ;-). 10/10. Alex

  • The first thing that struck me about this diaper was the feel as I was putting it on. It felt really nice and comfortable to me. I was then pleasantly surprised by how snugly they fit me and quite surprised by the strength of the tapes. They're stronger than that of any diaper I've tried so far, allowing for a good, snug, yet comfortable fit. I rather enjoy the thick feel of the diaper and the feel of the plastic cover. The only complaint I have about these diapers is that they're orange... or at least the Extra-Large ones I have are orange. And, that's far from a significant complaint for me. While the Attends 10 are not as absorbent as the Tranquility ATN's (All-Through-The-Night), it's definitely more absorbent than your run of the mill generic diaper, the padding is much more resistant to the "clumping" that usually occurs once it's pretty well saturated, and the tapes are quite significantly stronger--surprisingly so if all you've tried so far are generic diapers. Plus, the Attends 10's won't burn too much of a hole in your wallet. Overall, I am quite pleased with these diapers and would personally recommend them. Scyth

  • Very good diaper, soft to the touch (plastic) and very absorbent. A little pricey at the local store here. Brandon

  • today I just purchased the new attends briefs 10 ultimate protection. I was happy to see that they are improving the comfort. they are not as bulky as there predecessor, but are still very snug and comfortable to wear. they have 3 Refastenable tapes for a snug fit that hugs you all over. the waist band is padded thinner. the protection is as good as it gets, much better than depends ,the diaper is comfortable and not so thin to the point of being uncomfortable when wet. I wear mediums they still are 22 to a pack. the center has perma-dry core that absorbs wetness quickly and is great for the skin. I still prefer the classic briefs with 3 tapes and waist band but i think this is better than the rest of briefs out there. i give it 2 thumbs up. Jeremy

  • As good as an Attends should be but not 100 percent able to to stop side frontal leaks although, the diaper itself is extra wide and easily able to accommodate a soaker. All said and done the idea behind them for people who are sitting or lying is not bad and the crotch "anti leak whilst sitting tabs" do work. Price; not to much more than a cheap diaper but cheaper than the best Tena Maxis - so try them, you probably wont be disappointed.

  • Good diaper overall. There is just the right amount of padding, without feeling like it's going to slide off under its own weight (my problem with Molicare Supers). The diapers are comfortable, soft and have really strong tapes. The outer plastic is great--very smooth and shiny for those who like that. I love the wetness indicator. I have occasional problems with leaks around the leg bands, but nothing major. This is my current favorite diaper, and probably will be for awhile. Annie

  • This nappy is my fav, it holds an amazing 4900ml, u can re-fasten the tapes many times without the plastic tearing [cos of reinforced plastic at front], very thick and comfy and takes 5-7 big wettings without leaks. And the M M M M M M M M M M print down it in dark blue looks really kewl! Specially made for sitting and lying--and the padding when wet doesn't bunch up like others. PH balancer and odor guard is great-- I can stay in this for about 10 hours with no rash! Give it 10/10 Kate

  • Never had attends until someone gave me the old style 10 with waistband. I was soo geeked by it. Then found out that they changed it...so I ordered a bag and was kind of disappointed. The plastic backing seems to be on the thin side. I was afraid of damaging it as I was taping it in place. It is also a bit thinner then the other attends 10...But still thicker then a depend or other piece of junk that is sold here in the local American stores. I give it a six out of ten. Tiffany

  • I just bought some attends 10 for the first time and i find them to be very absorbent they are fairly thick and can hold a lot they are also close to being a true adult baby diaper they have leg gathers but no waist gather 2 tapes aside that hole well and the white color make me feel babyish. • These nappies are brilliant. They are my second choice for general wear (first choice are still Lille Supreme maxi's), and their absorbency is excellent, especially when sitting because of the leak cuffs. I like the plastic outer cover, and tapes continually stick well after they have been removed and reseated. With a booster pad at night I feel secure and get a good night's sleep! Nice one!!! Sandie

  • I've been an Attends man ever since they first came out in the 80's The new 10's have an improved waistband, stronger tapes, and a better wetness indicator. They hold about two or three good wettings. More if you insert a Depend Boost pad. They have a babyish look and feel and fit snug like a diaper should. The changes I would make would be to add leak guards, and take the name Attends off the tapes. Jay
  • I am writing this while wearing the Attends 10 Classic by the end of this review you will know exactly what this diaper is like as if you were wearing it yourself. The Attends 10 Classic comes in a mostly green package the package that is in front of me is a "24pack of briefs" Size Medium, fits hips 32" to 44" (81-112cm), This is you standard diaper style brief NOT A PULL-UP it contains 4 tapes and they have the word Attends printed on them, there is NOT a waistband. The cover sheet is a white plastic backing. There ISN'T a special tape zone, so you can stick the tape on the cover anywhere.
-------UPON UNFOLDING THE DIAPER ------- The diaper is folded twice down the center as is with most adult diapers. Personally I don't believe they purposely scent adult diapers, the smell of a fresh attends diaper straight from the package smells like well plastic but if I had to relate it to the closest thing I would have to say cherries, I don't know why but the smell to me similar to cherries. The inside color is all white, and the top sheet is not like you typical Walgreen's or depends diaper, but more like a mesh called Micropore the exact same absorbent top sheet as menstrual pads. The micropore top sheet is made from some kind of extremely soft plastic or most likely something closer to latex and is some what stretchy like elastic.
---------- WEARING --------- This Diaper fits OK on me (I have a 34" waist) the tapes stick on the sides not the front for me. The padding could be thicker, though it is about 1 1/2 times thicker than a depend day&night. They are comfortable to wear but what diapers aren't? I have worn the Attends waistband stlye before and those wear by far the best fitting and feeling diapers. These feel ok not bad definatly not the best. I recommend sprinkling baby powder or applying baby lotion before you fasten this diaper on. It keeps you from sweating, makes the diaper feel smoother and for guys allows free movement for your penis especially if you get erections in your diaper.
---------- USING ---------- Ahh my favorite part! Give me a sec... j/k OK as far as absorbency goes they say 10 Ultimate protection, but you can do better with an Attends waistband or Molicare or Abena Product. This diaper will not hold bladder bursting pees. The true test is the morning piss, Ill tell you it didn't hold mine. The best way to pee into this diaper is while standing. Peeing while laying down in bed or while sitting will almost defiantly result in leaks from the leg holes in the back. If you are going to pee full force and attempt to flood this diaper it will wick somewhat quickly and you can feel the pee inside the diaper that hasn't been soaked up yet. You can wait for it to soak it up but I WARN do not sit down for even though it is soaked up sitting down will leave spots on your pants and on what ever you sat on the wetness indicator when dry is 3 yellow stripes down the middle and they turn blue once your diaper becomes wet.
-------REMOVING----- When removing pulling the tapes quickly will rip the coversheet. best bet is to slowly peel back the tapes to remove. I haven't loaded my diaper yet. but I imagine it wouldn't be much of a problem as there is sufficient room for a moderate amount of poop. Hope this helped! They are cheap a case of 96 costs my about $48.00 USD for doubling them up isn't a problem. Good luck and happy wetting... ...and pooping! Jason

  • I've been an Attends wearer for about as long as they've been on the market. The new 10's have some improvements that I really like. The waistband has been improved and the tapes hold really well. The wetness indicator is smaller and less noticeable. Attends is the most babyish looking diaper out there, if you're looking for that. They have a nice bulk between the legs, especially when adding a Depend Boost pad. I wish, however, they would put leak guards in them. That would greatly improve an already fine diaper. Jay

  • This diaper is very sad. I ordered them trying to get the old and great Attends but got the new ones. The are blue in color and can hold hardly nothing. Very upset. Bring back the old Attends! DL Shawn

  • I have tried the new Attends 10 and found it very disappointing. The waistband is not as good and one gushing wetting leaks. If you are laying on your back it "wicks" out the back and leaks. I hope they get it right soon. It was my favorite. Abri-Form X-Plus with an Attends on top works well. Justin

  • I just got a new order of the new and improved Attends Briefs, and I have to say that when I first opened the box, I was scared, I thought they weren't going to be the same, But I feel now that I have tried them on that they just might be a little better, they are softer, and look more babyish, and ever though I am a DL and not an AB I still like the fact that they are more babyish looking, They sound the same as the old ones and are just as thick, but I love that you can hardly see the wetness indicator and when you wet instead of changing color, it disappears, ever better. Johnny

  • I just tried Attends 10 for the first time and have to say that I really like them. they are nice and soft and comfy they fit very well, and are quite absorbent...I wore one out last night and after several small wettings, I let go with a huge wetting and it handled it easily. I just wish that they were more crinkly...I love that sound! over-all I give Attends10 a 9/10. Pauly

  • I have used attends for about 15 years now. Depends 10 years before that. Attends used to be made by Proctor and Gamble. They used to have much more padding and more wing area around the behind. Proctor and Gamble made one change during the 15 years that they made the diaper. When P&G sold out to Paper Pak, another change took place. The diaper was once again made thinner in material. Paper Pak assured me that the diaper would hold the same amount of liquid (it used to hold 2 or 3 wetting, now it holds one). Booster pads are needed for more than one wetting. Paper Pak also changed the leg gathers, the yellow wetness indicator, and the waistband (due to supplier problems I was told). Attends does not have the bulkiness, thickness and loudness that they used to have. Attends do still fit very good tho. I give attends a 5 rating overall. Diaperman

  • I find that the three tapes on each side are the best I have tried. Much better holding than the two tapes. I have been using them for several months now and am very happy with them. I do have to use a separate soaker in them at night. Jack

  • For years now, these have been my favorite diaper. I should begin by saying that I am a DL, not an AB, just to keep my comments in context.

These diapers are soft, both inside and out, and have a wonderfully smooth white outer plastic cover. They're not the quietest diaper around, but if you wear underwear over them, they quiet down nicely.

They're thick, but not ridiculously so. You can wear them under pants and still go out pretty safely, if your pants are fairly loose.

The fit is one of my favorite parts. They feel like a big hug all day long. They have three tapes on each side, so your hips feel secure, and they ride high, all the way to your belly button. Being wrapped in a diaper that full-cut is just wonderful.

As for the absorbency, they're very good. I know there are those who will say they're not up there with Molicare and Abena, and I'm sure they're right. But they're sure a lot better than Depend and the generics out there. These have never failed me, and nothing feels as good on. RMS401

  • I recently purchased a case of 96 Attends 10 Classic medium briefs. The diaper has two tapes on each side. The leg tapes are very sticky and can be adjusted a few times if you are careful about pulling them off slowly. The top tapes are very adjustable. I have not had any of the tapes pop off--which is more than I can say for Depend diapers. The Micropore layer that is next to your skin is extremely comfortable. The layer separates the wetness from your body. The Micropore layer also makes the thinner plastic cover extremely durable and stretchy. There are no leg gatherers, but the four-stranded side guards do an excellent job of stopping leaks. The diaper's mat is very wide in the crotch, and the padding in the rear is wide and goes all the way up to the back--which is very helpful for nighttime wettings. The front of the mat is wide as well, and the wings do a good job of absorbing while you are laying on your side. There is no waistband, but the diaper fits so well, that it really is not needed. Also, the Micropore layer acts as a seal around the front of the diaper--preventing leaks all the way around. I have put four bladder-bursting wettings into this diaper, and there is still plenty of room for more. The amazing thing about this diaper is that when you wet in the front or crotch, the wetness distributes itself evenly throughout the entire diaper--which is more comfortable in the long run. Guys, the padding in the front tends to clump up and shift downward if you put a large wetting in all at once, but a pair of rubber pants, a onsie shirt, or another diaper on top of it works wonders. The wetness indicator isn't the best, but it is there, for those who can't really tell when they're wet. The plastic cover is so very soft, and much quieter than Depend diapers. It is also quite strong. The smell is very lovely as well--smelling as a diaper should. Finally, the diaper has a odor neutralizer that works very well. Even those strong morning wettings give off hardly any smell with this diaper. For those who like thickness, this diaper has it when dry--just thick enough to let you know you're wearing a diaper but not uncomfortable or bulky in the least. When wet, they become quite thick, but remain comfortable. These diapers are definitely worth the little extra price over Depend diapers. Kevin
  • Also very comfortable, though not as absorbent as the attends classic. I might buy them again. They are comfortable, having 3 tapes. They also feel like all attends products, fairly babyish. I think I might buy them again. DiaperedDave

  • PaperPak Company has changed the design of their diapers on at least two occasions. I could not be more disappointed on their last attempt to redesign the Attends brief. They are thinner, not as soft and are smaller in size (they barely go around my 36 in. waist. I know companies like PaperPak are looking to improve their product but in my opinion, they (the Attends) are getting worse. I will look for a more thicker, babyish adult disposable diaper or go back to cloth with plastic pants or a diaper service. Dypeeboy

  • I have the Attends 10 with waistband and 6 tapes. This is my new favorite diaper. The padding is thicker than what I am used to, which is great. It goes all the way up unlike the Depends overnights. These are so comfortable I wish I could wear the all the time. Only one thing I do not like. The padding is too thick to wear under clothes. I wear Depends if going out. want4mor

  • Tried Attends 10 with Waistband today. Bulkier than I really like, as I wear them at work. The "refastenable" tapes were not as good as Tena as they tore the outer shell when trying to reposition.

After a good soak, I made the mistake of sitting. Thankfully I wear disposables with my favorite Suprima plastic pants, but there was still leakage and an embarrassing damp spot on my pants.

Guess I will need to treat them a little more easier than I would with Tena (and I usually go with Classic Plus not the more absorbent Ultra or Super).

    Looks 5/10. Absorbency 7/10. Overall 6/10. Corinche
