are now called Lillie Supremes made by TYCO they are only
available in Germany @

- These disposables are the
best I have come across. They are a 2-tab closure, strong and
firm, plastic backing, with good leg gathers and second high
elastic leg barrier, and an elasticized front waist for a good
fit. Very absorbent, they will take 2 good soakings without
leaking; if you use an insert pad they easily last well all
night without extra pants over them. I have to use extra soakers
and pants with Other disposables - but not these. They are
really great and not that expensive - if you can find them - and
very comfortable for long-term wear (I wear them almost
continuously - I sometimes use 3 in 24hours, sometimes I need
only 2 they're that good). Just wish I could get them more
easily than a pharmacy many miles away! Sandy
