They seem very absorbent but there smallest size
(small/medium) is larger than I am. I don't mind the cloth like
cover (doesn't chafe). But I am a 31-32" waist in there
smallest is for 34-46". Baby-B
-
If you like depends overnight, you will like
this one better. has more padding up the back. much softer waist
bands, and more absorbent. also a lot cheaper found at wal mart.

have tried many adult diapers and this one to me
is the best. A+ because it's thick, it snugs between my
legs and makes a lot of noise and because it can be bulky epically
when wearing daisy dukes or shortalls. Average cost under $10.00
for S-M-L; I use large and I can get 18 count per bag. Baby

For the low price of these diapers you can't go
wrong. I find them to be a LOT more absorbent than Depends, they
fit better. They are snug, comfortable and they have the
"baby" feel and noise. I like them. If I had to rate
them I would give them a 10 for sure Tony
-
I find the 1 wide fastener on each side
wonderfully baby like. I really enjoyed being fastened
into it. I made me feel like a real baby. The cloth
like cover is great quiet and great for day time use. After
wetting, change fast, the outer cover did tend to leak through.
They are very thin, enough for only one wetting. I will
use as a daytime diaper, I would love to see a thicker, plastic
backed diaper from assurance with the one wide fastener on each
side. BILLY
-
These were the first adult diapers I tried and
they are pretty good. They are nice and thick and absorb quite
well for a store brand. The outer cover is plastic (the way
diapers should be) and may be too noisy for some . The tapes
stay put but often tear through the plastic when removed. Jon
-
Assurance Overnights have a thin plastic outer
covering and waist gathers that are exceptionally soft.
These diapers are very comfortable and babyish. Despite
the absence of much polymer, the do absorb quite well. The
padding does not tolerate much activity before breaking apart
and disintegrating, nor does the plastic outer perform well
under daytime use - prone to pinhole leaks. 3 tapes per
side allow retaping. Overall, if your going to use them
with a stuffer for overnight, these can't be beat at the price. Dave
-
These are NOT very good. They are loud and
plastic backing is not soft, don't hold much, even with one
booster pad. The tapes hold good for one time use. The medium is
tight however I have a 42" waist, so they chaff around the
legs. I went to a large, which didn't seem to hold any more.
They were cheap however I would rather have gone with Walgreen
overnights.
-
Nice diaper. Very comfy around the butt.
I definitely like them better than depends. Can hold a number of
wettings when doubled up. They are the closest things to real
baby diapers I've worn. Jack

I have tried a number of generic/store brand
diapers, and the Assurance Overnight (Wal-Mart's store brand) is
currently my favorite. Most generics are made by Kendall
and share many of the same characteristics, but these get more
of them right. The Overnights use 3 tapes per side, a
white plastic cover, front and back stretch waistbands, leak
guards, a wetness indicator, and exceptionally wide plastic leg
gathers. I used to buy Depends Overnights, but K-C
apparently redesigned them at some point, and flooding began
making damp pants. The Assurance Overnights have no such
trouble, and I think the leg gathers also help keep them snug.
Another plus is that a pack of 20 mediums costs under $9 !
The downsides are also typical Kendall: the padding definitely
breaks-up under stress, the stretch waistband isn't very useful,
and they could still certainly be more absorbent. With an
extra soaker, they work great at night and still cost less than
name brands! Alan
-
Cheaper than Depend and also available from the
local Wal-Mart, but not quite as comfortable and the wetness
indicator reacts to sweat. Also, not quite as well-put together.
I'd recommend them for people just getting into diapers or on a
tight budget, but would say that Depend Overnight are better for
those who can afford them. Fred

After reading the other
positive reviews for these diapers on this site, I decided to
give them a try. I was really disappointed. They make a pretty
good noise but they're too thin and they leaked at the very
first wetting. Also, although they had three tapes the still
didn't fit very comfortably, like they were the wings on the
sides were the wrong shape or something. I guess the price was
right at least. Brian
-
I usually buy Attends, but
decided to give these diapers a try. I like them very much, and
you can't beat the price! they have a soft white plastic cover
that sound very baby like. they have 3 tapes which is very good, and
they fit real nice. They hold about 1 pee, not much more. and
the tapes didn't stick so good. Overall, they are a great diaper
for the price! Jeffy

I
like to wear pull ups when I go out I saw these at Wal-Mart and
decided to try them boy did I make a mistake. They are very
small offer almost no padding in fact they offer as much
protection as a light day pad so I took em back. Fred

Extremely absorbent, wore them all night and all day never leaked once.

A
very good diaper nice fit and good sound. I have also worn these
to bed hold a lot of urine with salk rubber pants worn over
them. Mark

Not a bad diaper for the price
($9 for a 20 pack). Had a few nighttime leaks, so I don't like
to wear them at night. Pretty absorbent, but nothing holds
enough for me, so I usually stack several of them on. The outer
plastic is very durable, and I've never had a problem with the
tapes (6 tapes). Trav
-
I love these
diapers because there cheaper and better made then most diaper
the only better diaper is tranquility. I'm using my last Tena
and I will never never use Tena again. I'm switching back to my
Assurance diaper this weekend. The reason for the switch is I
can not find Tranquility diapers in Warren PA. Jessejm

I'm not sure what everyone else saw in these but other than
the price, I did not like anything about them. They did not hold
much and leaked almost instantly.

Overall I liked
the diaper but it didn't seem to hold a full bladder, and I had
some troubles with the tapes not staying attached. I started
using depends boost with them, and now they can hold about 3
huge wettings with just one boost in. However the tapes still
leave something to be desired. Josh
-
Very good
diaper. just tried them for the first time and I love them. they
are thicker than Depends and look and feel like real baby
diapers. I believe these are the closest thing to baby diapers
for adults. they are very absorbent. the best diaper I have ever
worn. Brandon
-
I'm currently
using the new version of assurance from Wal-mart. They are a
diaper that is now for day and night, just like the maximum absorbent
depends. I love this new incarnation, they feel thicker, and
softer that ever before, and they hold about 2 good wettings.
they still use the 6 tape system but now the tapes hold better.
I would recommend these to anyone plus their cheap (only 8.96 a
pack). Gilbert

The Assurance
Overnight (Wal-Mart's store brand) is currently my favorite.
VERY COMFORTABLE!!! they don't leak!! Loved them GO WAL-MART
Diapers!!!! lol:) Chance

Good diaper,
overall, but not great. I am in the overnight one right now, and
it is too thin. I like the crinkle on the covering, and the fact
that it has three tapes. Although there are three tapes, they
are of very poor quality. I tried to refasten one and it would
not hold at all, very cheap. It is good if you need them on a
dime, but i give it a 6/10 overall because of the tapes. Mike

I generally wear Depend overnights, but thought I would try
the Assurance. A mistake. The tapes don't hold well, and they
don fit as well as the Depend. Jen

Granted
buying wal-mart diapers may sound like your being cheap but when
you live on a fixed budget, there's none I found are better. One
trick I've learned is to cut the middle out of a cloth diaper
(baby) and place it in the assurance, you can wet all night long
and never leak. Assurance, a cheap diaper that feels as real as
it can. Tom
-
Better than depends and good with two or more diapers doubled up.

I have found that
the Overnight Assurance brand diapers work really well and hold
multiple wettings. The tree tabs are fairly strong on first time
use. They fit and feel like a diaper should and they seem to be
relatively inexpensive at Wal Mart.

I have been
buying these for a few weeks now and they aren't to bad. the
price is right and they absorb quite a bit. I have wet in them
several times and leakage is not bad. I wish you could buy them
online. Michele
-
The Assurance
brand is a good diaper, however it has it's faults. The tapes
are not really sticky and on occasion have "poped"
loose letting the diaper fall to the floor. As the absorbency
goes these hold a lot. The urine goes through the padding which
turns into a gel "wicking" away moisture.
If you new to wearing diapers and need ones and a decent price
these are the ones. They can be bough at any Wal-Mart
store for
around $9.00 a bag. Tommie

I disagree
with a few of the reviews here. Some people are saying that
these diapers are thick. The Abena X-Plus is a thick diaper. The
Molicare Super Plus is a thick diaper. This Wal-Mart diaper is
most certainly not a thick diaper. It's not even as thick as an
Attends which isn't even thick when compared to the previous
mentioned diapers. On my very first wetting this diaper leaked.
It appears to be manufactured by Kendall. It has leak guards
which is good but if they can't stop leaks because the diaper
can't hold much they're not very useful. They're cheap, I'll
give 'em that much. Under $9.00 for a bag of 18 large diapers.
Compare that to a bag of Molicare Super Plus (large) which is
$30 for 14 diapers. I can get 4 to 5 full wettings out of a
Molicare Super Plus (and the Abena X-Plus holds even more). I
can't even get one good wetting out of the Assurance. For the
sake of argument let's be conservative and say I can only get 4
wettings with the Molicare and let's be generous with the
Assurance and say I can get one wetting with it. That's 56
wettings with the Molicares and only 18 wettings with the
Assurance. If you compare price per wetting the Assurance would
come out slightly ahead of the Molicares for the same amount of
wettings at $28 per wetting but I'd rather sleep through the
night than change my diaper a few times. I often have to get up
once or twice at night to pee and if I can just go in my diaper
and not have to worry about changing, I get a better nights
sleep. YMMV of course. The Abena X-Plus costs less than the
Molicares (about 17.99 for 12), and holds about 5+ wettings. At
that rate the Abena definitely come out ahead of the Assurance
brand in terms of cost. SillyD

Not Bad. It's
Ok, I Agree with the priced. This actually was my first diaper.
I like the color white more of a babyish color like. The crinkle
sound, comfortable, The six sided tapes ( good at first use),
but the absorbency is not that great so I had to devise
something. Put this diaper to use. And wearing only one diaper
(for me) now is not good enough as I like to wear two diapers
together. I love that bulky feeling, and with two diapers? It
really does fit snugly. And looking in the mirror It looks great
knowing now I'm really protected. Tip: take one diaper, flip it
over so the plastic outing is on the out side. Take a knife and
cut holes about 1" right down the middle about 3"
apart. So it looks like this - - - - . Then right next to it do
the same thing, then do the other side. So you get three cut
holes front to bottom. Put or have your diaper put on. Then put
another diaper on over it. Double protection. Works really
GREAT! So when you wet yourself. Urine will goes through the
first to the second instantly and can actually go two or more
times in one night. Starts with the groin area, than between
legs, finally the butt area. Saturates more. By this time it's
morning and your soaked. Time for your diaper change. oh here
she comes. And if you still leak? try increments. Diaper inserts
on the both sides of waist. Now your DIAPERED! If you hate to
un- tape it to have it off? Just pull it off like pull-ups w/o
un-taping. It works. Just use enough baby powder when
re-applying the diaper. Have fun. EARL.

I liked the
price, although I thought it was a little thin. didn't like the
tapes, they didn't hold as tight or as well as attends do. I do
think assurance makes a great diaper double or stuffer. I
probably would buy them for that reason, or to use for when I
wanted to be discreet with a thin diaper and use extra tape to
keep them fastened securely. Baby Lee
-
these diapers
are OK. In my experience I have had them leak the first time I
wet! not thick enough for me either but with depends absorbers
they will hold a good amount of urine. Good for the price 18 for
about 10 bucks but I still would rather have Walgreen's brand
more in a package for less money. luv2bdiaperd23

They changed
assurance ,their like Depend now. a very good diaper fits snug I
wear 3 meds. to cut down noise. I get a better fit and I can wet
myself twice as long . I like to wet my bed at night . 3
assurance is like 1 attend and 1/2 the price. TL

I buy these
for my mother, who is a fairly large Woman. They come in a size
XL, which fits up to hip size 64" (or 66?) whereas Depends
brand XL was too tight for her. They have a new super absorbency
which seems to do well, and for the price difference (we save
about $3 per pack over Depends) they are well worth it. Kristi Davis

Heard some
other diaper wearers talk about how good these were from another
message board, so I decided to try a package. I needed more
diapers anyway, so I went ahead and bought them. They look
really good once they're put on, but I noticed a big difference
after I wet the diaper. Instead of pulling the wetness into the
diaper's core, my skin stayed wet for a while. Absorption rate
is slow. I kept the same diaper on and took a nap. When I woke
up, I wet again and I could tell by feeling the front of the
diaper that it wasn't going to hold anymore. The core doesn't
distribute wetness like it should, but everything stayed in the
front. After sleeping for 2 hours on my back, all of the pee was
still in the front of the diaper, it had not distributed to the
butt of the diaper like other brands. Nice diaper for fun time,
but I think I'll stick with Depend. Jason

I had
recently purchased these diapers from wal mart. When I got home
i put one on, and I have to say that I do not like them at all.
I had a light/moderate wetting in one that day and it leaked
real bad. I have to change them after a slight wetting or they
will leak. I prefer depends better. Stephen
