The Reviews:

  • WOW! Very absorbent and thick. Robbie babyrobbie@hotmail.com

  • I have tried many brands of diapers. Molicare are by far the best diaper I have ever worn. The are very absorbent and comfortable to wear and are silent (they do not make the crinkling sounds like other brands. Dead giveaway if you are a closet diaper wearer. I only wish they made them in white. Jon  jt_69@msn.com

  • best and thick diaper. have tried others and nothing compares to it. when I want thicker I will put another type of diaper in it too. this holds a lot before the next change too. Mike miketwob@yahoo.com

  • I've had to wear diapers all my life.( For Medical Reasons) Molicare Supers are the Best for absorbency. I wore Attends before and they had a tendency to leak. Sean SeanSB3@aol.com

  • The tapes cannot be refastened, as they lose their adhesiveness. The Inner core falls apart when wet and they are just too big. Jason FtWorthTXDL@aol.com

  • This is the best diaper i have found. They are very absorbent. The tapes aren't the best, but if you lay down most of the time they are fine. Leigh leigh111359@hotmail.com

  • The tapes are not good, cannot be refastened. The diapers get very big when wet and the pad seperates. I prefer depends brand over molicare, especially for the difference in price. Robert robert30@earthlink.net

  • Many people who wear diapers for fun miss the importance of timely changes. If your diaper starts falling apart, you have worn it to long or you have purchased a cheap store brand.
For those who 'ENJOY' wearing their diapers for very long times, purchase the CVS Brand "Supreme Overnight Briefs" they have re-fasten able tapes to re-snug your wetter diaper.
For the true bed wetter and incontinent folks, Molicare is the way to go. Why? Who in there right mind would wear a very soggy diaper? Once it is really wet you change it! GEEZ! Re-fasten able tapes are nice if you are very active and need to re-snug the diaper after activities, but if you are wearing them to bed, then no refastenable tapes are needed.
Molicare is the finest brand for serious minded diaper wearers. For the fantasy wearer's any diaper will do in a pinch.
One word for the fantasy wearers, CLOTH! and plastic panties is what you really want!

  • HORRIBLE.  I needed duct tape to keep their tapes on.  I always leaked after 2 wets. Just plain bad. Eob

  • Nice and thick.  Moderate crinkling, works even better with a guest-sized terry towel folded into 5 layers from the long way so the short way retains its length. Holds up well to heavy rubbing, great start for saran  wrap girdle. Kristi

  • These diapers are terrific! they are thick enough to hold plenty of wetting but still are very comfy to sit in all day. coming from using Medline and depends these took a bit getting use to since they are quite thick, but that's a good thing. they also hold messes very well. I would definitely recommend these to anyone with incontinence or just if they want a good diaper for fun. Natasha

  • I worn Molicare Super Plus my entire life 24/7 for Medical Reasons. I am a Female Diaper Lover all the time. Kelly

  • These were the best overnight diaper. They held so much and didn't leak, The padding felt great, nice and thick. I love them. Paulie

  • I initially liked Mollies for the color and feel of them, they reminded me of the Luvs boys diapers from the mid-90's.  Plus they are so thickly padded, they are absorbent enough where even for a heavy wetting, after a short time I don't even know if I am wet or not, it feels so dry.  The bad news is the tapes are non-refastenable, but the landing strips do help.  And an elastic waistband would be nice, like the Attends. TrashBear

  • I found them to be very good especially at nighttime.  Bulky and the plastic was very secure, no tapes ripping or anything.  Great diaper for us diaper enthusiasts. Larry

  • I have recently transformed my husband into a adult baby. at first he wore depends diapers these were ok and held up fine. but I wanted a diaper that everyone would know that he was in one when we were in public. So i got Molicare these diapers are the bulkiest I have found ever!!! And i can leave him in one for 24 hours and not have to change him! I love putting 3 Molicare on him and putting him in a strait jacket with 3 Molicare I can know give him up to 5 enemas and his diaper not leak. I love these diapers and He hates Them( that's a good thing) Tina

  • I found them to be tight around the legs when the lower tabs were fastened, any looser and they would leak, but they cut into my legs when worn. The absorbency was great - and they stayed comfortable apart from the legs throughout. T.UK

  • These are probably the best diaper on the market.  They are very thick and hold a tremendous amount of pee and poop.  I stayed in one over 16 hours one time without a leak.  The only drawback is that the tapes really suck and will come undone as the diaper gets soaked.  Duct tape this diaper on and you can pee to your hearts content. JB

  • its a great diaper for me. im a life time diaper wearer and it protects me great. no more diaper rashes. Dwane

  • I don't understand what people are saying about these being thick--i find them to be thinner than most of the tape diapers. I also find they have an excellent fit and feel very comfy wet or dry. But, they can get thick if they are wet in a few times--and once you're in, the only way to get out is to destroy the diaper by unfastening tapes so strong that they tear the plastic, sometimes spilling out some of the little polymers in the process. They have an amazing capacity, and if you don't abuse that advantage by trying to push them to their limits, they won't leak. I wear them in situations where i'm very likely to wet and need to be safe in case i can't change for a long time. They are the best i know of on the western market, all around. Kaori

  • Very awesome diaper!! Highly recommended for people with severe bladder problems or bowel. I wet 3 good floods and two bowel movements and it held up fine. the tapes are ok, after its used the tapes cant be readjusted and they stick ok i guess. i just used some hot glue underem and they held fine. The odor reducers are great, two soiling and couldn't even smell the poo like in attends or depends. Best diaper besides Abriforms which are about the same for me! 9/10!! Richard

  • Ok I just got these diapers, and I'm really impressed. I like the color white was becoming boring, it's just a pity that you can't get pink ones out of the pack. Nice rustle to them, and a good waddle specially when wet. They fit nice and snug and offer no problems whilst lying down, the pee just gets soaked up. If you're after a snug diaper I suggest you try these, as mine seem to have double tapes. Meaning that you can take it off at the tape, and reuse if your careful. Sissy Daphne

  • Molicare are awesome diapers, they hold so much liquid! I wet mine over 5 times and it didn't leak, it just became larger because of all the liquid it had absorbed. These diapers also hold a lot of poop too, and have a mild odor control. The tapes are fairly strong and are re-sealable too. The diaper itself isn't too thin either, it is kind of thick. It does rustle at times too, though I do which it rustled more. Overall, a very good diaper, absorbent, comfortable and comes in a pretty purple color! I would give Molicare Super 8 out of 10. I think they need to be thicker and make more noise and maybe have more padding at the back. Claire

  • Over all a very good diaper for thickness and absorbency, but the tapes could use a good bit of improvement. If I know that I will have it on for a long time other than sexual playtime with the girlfriend I put three staples through the top tapes on an angle and have never had a problem yet and I also do the same thing for the Abriform x-plus that has the same flaw. And no you cant feel the staples they work a lot better than packing tape, and when your done it doesn't matter if you destroy the tape area cause it goes in the trash. I picked up this trick from my girlfriend because she likes to have her diapers tight fitting. Bryan

  • These are the best fitting and most absorbent diaper I have ever used. I have used a lot of different brands in the 20+ years of bedwetting, and these are the bomb. And the purple color is a little cute also. David

  • These are definitely the best for capacity and leak proof. They make a little noise, so I always wear cotton covered plastic panties over them. I am usually diapered all the time and at work it is impossible to change. By 5pm my diaper is full and heavy, but not leaking or letting any odors out. They give me confidence- I can go out after work and have a few drinks and still not worry. I don't ever change in public places. Under the right skirt or dress, they never show. I can even sit right next to someone and be sitting in a messy diaper yet never detected. Terry

  • Molicare Super Plus disposable diapers are the most absorbent diaper I've ever used, and I've used a lot! But be warned, they are thick and they do show a slight bulge in your shorts, especially when you lean back in a chair. Molicare Super Plus is the only disposable that doesn't leak after a good wetting. Mark

  • I have been in diapers all my life and when I got to big for Loves I tried to find a good quality adult diaper. And I finally found one. Their thin and quiet, but they absorb better than the rest that I have Tried I am just glad that title 19 and Medicare pays for them. They are very expensive. They cost about 300.us$ where I live That is for One month supply. Ken

  • By far the best. There are some that are close, but a diaper lover must have designed this. They are bulky from front to back. Even the thickness between the legs holds up to give that baby waddle. They could soak up the ocean and never leak. The tapes are its only downfall.. Not that they are bad, but they do not hold a full diaper, or excessive movement. Sean

  • Regular Molicare, really don't waste your money. Is about as absorbent as Tena Ultra or Attends 10. Not bad but for the price should absorb a lot more for the money. Very Comfortable, in fact the most comfortable I have ever worn. Molicare super-plus.... WOWEEE !!!!! Do they ever soak it up, I bet I had about 3 1/2 liters in it, and it seemed ready for more. Just as comfy as the regulars. Fits great. My only complaint was the plastic backing ripped fairly easily. No problems with the tapes as others have complained about. I will but the supers again. Pretty pricey though in Canada. I ordered them through Sears.ca department store online. prakticaboy

  • I have worn a lot of different diapers and Molicare absorb the most. They are excellent when you mess yourself. The drawbacks are that the tabs aren't restickable and they are very bulky. Anon

  • I suffer from bedwetting due to an auto accident and these are by far the best diapers that I have tried. They are a little on the snug side for the medium, so if you normally wear a medium I would suggest a large size. They absorb quite a lot of urine (as I am a heavy wetter) and they don't swell up as much as the abri - form x - plus so they are more comfortable to sleep in. Darren

  • This is by far the thickest diaper I have ever used. the tapes are definitely a down side, they barely stick. I have fallen asleep with the diaper on and the tapes came undone. if you are just sitting around I would definitely recommend this diaper. but if you are planning on moving around a lot go with another diaper. Jason

  • These are the best disposable diapers I have found. They are thick and thirsty and very comfortable. As I am fully incontinent, I am diapered 24/7. This is the disposable I wear on a daily basis. Diapboy

  • The diaper fits very well and does not leak when wet or messy. Unfortunately, once the tapes are in place, you only get one chance to re-tape them. I noticed that the padding does start to fall apart (when wet) after wearing for long periods of time. Brandon

  • These are great diapers. The THICKEST ones I have tried. Holds lots, tapes are crap, wish they had the elastic on the front and back. Also wish the padding went higher in the front. These are a little under size, recommend buy the next size up. I will uses these diapers more. Baby Nick

  • I've been wearing them for 3 years now. I know they are the best around to use. they hold lot and I go at least long time between changes. I've seen a lot of reviews saying the tapes are bad or poor. Well I never had a problem and if you look closer at the tapes you can retape it only one more use the blue one first then the with the second time. Also will put extra padding for thicker diaper when I want to. Mikeee

  • This is a great diaper. It is super thick. I can go 24 hours and only have to
    change 2 times. Diamondback688

  • I thought Attends were good. I bought a bag of theses diapers and I was very Happy. They do hold a lot and they are very comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was the sizing. They said a waist of 41 can use Medium. No way. I just barely got the taps to work. But next time I will order Large. They will be to big I think. I am very small except for my waist. Very good diaper. Baby Jay NY

  • A very thick and comfortable fit.  Really absorbent.  One of the best I have used. Mike
