The Reviews:

  • I have been wearing diapers 24/7 since 1991 for medical reasons. I have tried just about every brand out there and I have found Tenas to be the best. I have had very few leaks at night and I can go out and enjoy myself more with Tenas on. When I go out for a good day I probably won't change more than two or three times with Tenas. What I don't like about them is that they have no plastic so they don't rattle and I'm proud of my diapers!! Tony slowcoach65@yahoo.com

  • Very good diaper I rate it 9 out of 10 the last package I purchased was without the leg guards It would be a 10 if it had like depend the leg guard. Daniel diaperme32@hotmail.com

  • Tena maxi are the best very thick and comfort for all. Jente1 saabviggen628@msn.com

  • This used to be my favorite diaper, until they changed it.  They changed it to a cloth-like outer cover instead of the plastic.  the fit is also slightly different and not nearly as comfortable and protective for me as they used to be... really made me sad they changed such a great thing.  They are still decent diapers, but ill no longer purchase them... and the green is really ugly  Melissa mnj@wowmail.com

  • First, I like the green color, I wish other diapers came in different colors. I also wish the diaper was plastic. One of the reasons I wear diapers is to feel the rustling plastic. I want my diapers to feel like diapers, not underwear. These are however very absorbent and the fit is very nice.  stormbringer84084@yahoo.com

  • I love the Tena supers. They have the best fit of any diaper out there. They also are VERY absorbent. I like these diapers during the day because they don't make a lot of noise and hide well under jeans. A great diaper. Cory dprmandude@aol.com

  • These are a very comfortable, very quiet diaper. They are also not too bulky and they can get very wet without leaking, or so i have experienced. I have never had a leak with these, and i have been wet in them in many bodily positions during martial arts and such, so i would say they are good for active people. The tapes hold up very well. • Tena Maxi, the largest most absorbent diaper of the Tena brand, In all a good diaper, Pure white with a purple band down the center, they can hold a bit, providing good protection.. i have a very weak bladder, and when i drink i use my diaper often, changing only once per night. A very good diaper which wins my seal of approval. Keith diapered@krapp.nl

  • good well fitting with comfortable leg guards no leaks will hold a full days wetting without leaking. look good when wet and dry all in all a good sexy comfortable diaper Diapered UK

  • wear this diaper under my jeans easy to conceal, they hold lots and fit very comfortable 10/10
they have a white cloth like outer shell and could almost pass as underwear
    excellent diaper Jimmy

  • I got this in the HDIS sample pack and am wearing it now.  This is a great diaper.  It's better than the store-brand cloth-like diaper I've used before because the plastic which holds the tapes extends over the front of the diaper and does not stop at the sides.  The only down side is that if you want to readjust the bottom tapes you will get fuzz on them.  The padding in the crotch is nice and wide and thick, almost too thick because I had trouble putting it on.  I'm not sure of its absorbency because I have not wet or soiled it yet. DB

  • These are the cheapest briefs in the new Tena line, they are green in color like the Tena ultra overnight.  Unlike the Tena ultra these have plastic backing instead of the cloth like backing.  The absorbency is good, similar to the Tena classic plus, better than depends or other store brands. The only downside to this diaper is the tapes.  The tapes are pretty bad, they cannot be retaped whatsoever and often fall off if taped snugly.  Tigert

  • I love these diapers, they are the best I have ever had. I really like the double thick middle, I've never had them leak on me. Jeff

  • I've been a user of this brand since I was hospitalized for six months 2 years ago and I think they are great and have a great absorbency, apart from the leg cuffs that sometimes don't keep the moisture locked in.  But Im pleased with the feel of them.  I wouldn't swap my brand for anything else! Marcus

  • This brief is incredible.  It can take several HEAVY flooding, and still be thirsty for more.  If you can find them, you must try these.  Very thick too, and will definitely hold whatever you throw at it.  Even if you have to order these as part of a sample set on eBay, it's more than worth it. • These are the best, I like the briefs because they are the most like a baby diaper but they are also cloth so my parents don't hear me in them when they come into my room in the morning when I am still in bed. (I'm 19)

  • I have recently started wearing Tena Slip Maxi (as it is called here in the UK). These nappies are really comfortable and the tapes can be re-positioned several times. They can handle two complete wettings if you are a heavy wetter. These are probably the best adult nappy in the UK. Love`em! Nathan

  • very absorbent however the pads tend to fall apart with little movement, also the "refastenable tapes" are not so refastenable. Scarby

  • I have been wearing diapers for several years now mostly for pleasure.  I have tried many brands of diapers and always stop on my travels at small drug stores to find those unique brands.  I was finely able to find some Tena Classics.  I bought the large briefs because they did not have a medium and boy are those diapers thick, these are the thickest diapers I have ever worn.  They hold a great deal of pee and because they are so thick you are always aware you have them on.  They only have 2 tabs per side but seam to hold well. They are quite loud which I love.  Of the dozen or more brands I have tried these remind me most of being a baby!! Cindy

  • I think Tena Ultra are the best disposable diapers. They are very comfortable, non leaking and great fitting diapers. I wear them at bedtime with a pair of plastic panties for my chronic bedwetting. Dan

  • This is probably my favorite diaper, it's very thick and the inside seems to gel just like a baby diaper. The smell is right, the thickness is right, but the cost is high, I pay 29 at my local pharmacy which carries them. But it is the best I've ever bought in a store. TCH

  • These are not bad. Lots of bulk between the legs. Not that good for nighttime unless you want to change, however are good for day because they're quiet (if you like that in a daytime diaper). Overall, not too impressed considering the cost of these. Derrick

  • This is one terrific diaper. You can pee and pee and it won't leak. A must for night wear. Won't let you down, pretty quiet. Only drawback, if you don't like thick diapers, this isn't for you, because it's super thick in front. Sam

  • The only problem with these is the tapes. It takes very little effort to break the tapes. These are very absorbent and hold lot. I can go through all day at work with one. Overall I would give these a 9 of 10. Dan

  • The new improved tena maxi that's just become available in uk is fantastic more gel better fit nice color holds a full days pee only need to change twice a day now keep up the good work tena Peter

  • When I first looked at these diapers I didn't like them much, as they looked thin and the tapes were small and the actual design of the diaper isn't very nice. They do hold in moisture well but they can only survive 3 wettings maybe less. The diapers do rustle a lot which is nice, but not nice if you don't want people to know. It doesn't hold poop very well as the padding at the back is lacking, so these particular diapers I think were meant for pee only. Overall I'd give these diapers 4 out of 10. The design of them i personally didn't like, and they don't hold a lot of moisture and are thin too. Good sides are the fact it rustles and are easily available. Claire

  • Excellent nappy. Is very absorbent. Pretty thick to start with, and gets thicker as you go. Have had one leak while I was sitting, but is great other than that. Troy

  • Tena Supers are what they say , "S U P E R " I can wear them , overnight , and well into the next day , without any leaks. They seem to hold a generous amount of urine. I would highly recommend these to all. DiaperDoll

  • the TENA ULTRA has yet to leak, and is completely quiet under your clothes! I've tried diapers twice as thick as this one, and they were half as absorbent and leaked all the time. I use the ULTRA during the day, and the SUPER brief during the night--and I have NEVER had a leak. dl_bw@yahoo.com

  • I have tried numerous brands such as Depend, Lille, Molicare etc. I have found the Tena diapers to be relatively quiet. I also like the re-enforced tab panel. It simply works better than any other tab system. They are also very absorbent and can take an enormous amount of urine before leaking. The quality of construction is simply the best. If I need added absorbency I just pop in a Tena Lady Super or Molicare Maxi pad. I find that a flat babies cloth diaper, folded into an elongated triangle is also great for night use. It is also nice when you want more bulk to show your diaper off a bit. A women would just fold the cloth diaper x3 in a rectangular shape to achieve similar results. Marc

  • Great diaper, the best I've ever tried - and I have tried very many. Way better than Depends overnight. Tena ultra has never leaked, even while sitting and while the front of the diaper is tight fitting. Depend overnights used to leak almost every time in this situation. Tena's can hold two to three complete wettings. I like the white cloth outer and it is very quiet under jeans. Crotch is nice and thick, but not too noticeable. Cotton core has a tendency to separate with extended use and movement. I wish Tena had leak guards on the leg elastic. Tapes hold very good. I'm ordering extra!!!!! Murphy

  • If you want a highly absorbent, discreet product, this is THE diaper for you. I have been wearing diapers for almost twenty years and found it to be the best day-time diaper money can buy--$35-40 for a bag of 40. And unlike every other diaper available, the outside/backing is made of woven cloth, not plastic, so there isn't the tell-taste rustling of a diaper under your clothes. The fit is trim, contoured to your body, and extremely comfortable. It doesn't sag when wet; and I don't have to change as often, either.
I highly recommend this diaper, as well as its night-time product: the NIGHT SUPER ultra brief. Adge
