The Reviews:

  • First Quality's Overnight diaper is my personal favorite. It fits well, and is comfortable and is also very absorbent. I wear one with a Depend BOOST liner and stay dry till morning! Mike

  • Works well. Needs liner @ night. James

  • I just love these diapers!! They look like baby diapers (white in medium), do not leak unless really flooded, and are not too quiet/noisy. When used with a booster, most of my babies do not need to be changed until morning. Cindy

  • It's better then others. Thomas

  • I have used others but these are the best. They are white like baby diapers. They hold a lot of wetness and with a booster will last throughout the night without a changing. I love to put one on with a onzie and suck on my bottle. Very babyish. Baby Tim

  • I've used these diapers for two years now and love them. they are baby like and they work, both at night and during the day Tim

  • Great no leaks, lots of crackle. White disposable diapers, Soft. Edward

  • These, and Attends are my favorite diapers. The padding is very thick and absorbent and covers my entire bottom. The front has reinforced taping areas that make repositioning easy. The extra padding in the back is great for those (like me) who regularly poop in their diapers. Jon

  • indeed these are the best diapers I've worn super absorbent, thick, and noisy I'd love to wear them every day SOAKED. Jim

  • These are my new favorite diaper.  They hold a lot and don't leak.  Their tapes can come off if you tape tightly.  Kayleigh

  • The best thickest babyish diaper ever! It has leg guards like a pamper. It's thick It's comfy. Really cheap but good! I will wear these or depends. Dennis

  • Well. I've tried a lot of diapers.  These crinkle a lot,  Are totally bulky and are always available on ebay for about 20.00 + Shipping.  Not afraid to spend more for other styles,  These just are loud, hold up to leaks,  Hold a fair amount, and are full in size. Shawn

  • THEY are real good. picked them up at a THRIFT STORE FOR REAL CHEAP. I am a security guard and I work at night. I wear them sometimes on duty. they hold a good amount of pee.. medical supply houses carry them too. Mike H

  • Very babyish thick white comfortable when wet. Hold a mess or two. Reinforced taping area. No elastic band if it had one like a depend I would give this diaper a 10. Derrick

  • Love these diapers, they are very absorbent, tapes work well. they hold a lot and give me baby but. work well under jeans. I love this brand. bought on eBay got a huge box full. Heather

  • First Quality Overnights - These diapers are great.  They are very thick and feel great between your legs.  They will hold a lot of pee without leaking.  They also do a great job of containing a lot of poop with no messy leaks.  The tapes hold very well and they can be refastened time and time again, even several hours after the diaper was applied.  I highly recommend these to both AB/DL's and those who are incontinent. JB

  • I like these ones. They hold a lot well for me they hold a lot. Quiet and soft But I am a "JD" there just underwear for me Kyle

  • I wore First Quality for a few years, 24/7. They were the best I could get, but they could use some improvement. The fit could be better, the leg cuffs tend to roll up.
They can hold a lot though. If I hold my pee till I burst, the First Quality diaper will soak it up with only a tiny amount leaking out. Just don't try that a second time in the same diaper, unless you would enjoy the resulting mess.

  • I wear these adult diapers. These are good. I like go back to cotton diapers. Thomas

  • I've tried lots of brands but these rank pretty high. You can get a case on eBay pretty cheap. These will hold 1 huge wetting at night. Very comfy, and for the price I got them for they can't be beat. John

  • [IBF - Institutional Line Prevail] My wife bought me some prevail IBF diapers large light blue in color. This diaper is a 9 out of 10 snug fit tapes work very well holds urine well. Also has good feel when my wife is touching the diaper. Only drawback is the lack of noise when walking. Mark

  • Nu-Fit Style the pros: makes lots of noise under cloths; and has a bulky fit. the cons: it isn't very absorbent, and has a tendency to leak (because of the fit, I think). I bought a package of 12 for $10; and so far every one I've worn has leaked. I found myself at the grocery store with two large wet spots on the seat of my pants, after just one wetting. I do not recommend this diaper, unless you're just wearing it around the house; and can deal with the fit. Adrian

  • These diapers are pretty good! Never used them before and am impressed. They are white, as a diaper should be, and they crinkle nicely! They are very comfortable and they are fairly cheap, I paid 12 bucks for 18 pack. I would highly recommend them!! Two thumbs up! Jeffy

  • they seem rather decent for wetting except no leak guards, they are kind of loud and crinkly. they do not fit well but can be found rather cheap. all in all they are a 5 on a scale of 1-10 Sam

  • NAPS (By Prevail) - First let me bring attention to the fact the only way of obtaining these diapers is by visiting www.druzak.com They are specifically manufactured by the Prevail/First Quality company exclusively for Druzak Medical. I obtained my case of Medium NAPS via EBay.

These are the most awesome diaper I have ever worn. Being 37 I have tried almost all of them, including many from overseas. Although they are far from being the thickest on the market, this is still a thirsty didee. I added two diaper doubles while using each brief for additional thickness.

The selling point for me was the look and feel, as they are almost identical to 80's style Huggies and Pampers. The plastic backing is by far the softest I have ever had strapped to my bottom, and frequently found myself stroking the outer plastic covering.

I suppose the bottom line for this diaper is, if you love to feel the plastic on a disposable diaper then make an effort to get a sample of this product. It will be worth your effort. Baby Tyko

  • Not the worst I've worn. They have thick padding and crinkle a lot, which I usually don't like, but is great for the ABs out there. These would be much better if they had a leg-cuff style leak guard. They also shouldn't color code them by size. At least you can get a bag if you pay just $5.95 for shipping at www.devotedmedicalsupply.com DL-Canes Fan

  • These are a great looking (white) and fitting diaper with an intruiging shiny plastic tape landing zone which prevents tearing when repositioning the tapes, unlike other brands. However, do not overuse them - I have just flooded them and now have embarrassing wet spots on my jeans. If you intend to heavily use them, use plastic pants as well or a booster as other have suggested.
    Looks 9/10. Comfort 8/10. Absorption 5/10. Corinche
