How can I tell my wife that this is not a big deal and that she can feel comfortable about changing my diapers and her friends change me as well?

Dear Chris: To put it simple: you are asking too much. You MAY have some chance of getting your wife to accept your diapers, and even a slight chance of getting her to change you. But expecting a woman who is not into the fetish to have her friends change you as well is simply unrealistic.
