Dear Daily:
I'm not involved in any of this stuff.
Its just that for three months, I've been in love with a
gorgeous, attractive girl who's twenty three years old, and
wears Depends Adult Diapers. I found out last night, and she
explained that its a hobby of hers to be a ?ABDL? (I don't
know what that is), and she asked if I minded. I told her I
didn't, but I need some answers to my questions. Will this
affect our romantic relationship? Is this sort of thing
common, or abnormal? To what extent does this thing go (such
as: do you soil yourself)? Did I say the right thing? And
What do I do if she wants me to wear a diaper.
I'd really appreciate answers to these
questions, since I'm so ignorant to this hobby.

Congrats
on having what thousands of us guys want! It may seem a bit strange to you
now, but I suspect you will find you enjoy having a 'baby' girl as a
girlfriend.
ABDL stands for Adult Baby and Diaper Lover
meaning that she wears diapers and likes to role-play as a baby girl. It
is neither normal or abnormal. Tens of thousands of adults wear diapers
and play baby like this, and these are just the ones we know about! Yet is
is not as common as other lifestyles such as bondage and swinging. It does
not have to affect your romantic relationship, but you may find her more
attentive to your needs if you play to her baby side a little when
cuddling and spending time together.
As for the extent: That I can't answer as it is
different for everyone. Some just wear diapers; some only pee in them; and
a small percentage do soil them.
If she wants to diaper you? Well, I would say
give it a try, but be honest about your feelings in the experience. And
remember, if you share in her likes, she should also be willing to indulge
the things that you have wanted to try that you've been too nervous to
tell her about :)
