Dear Daily:
I am a 45 yo male with a life time love of diapers. What started as a game has become a major part of my life. I can not sleep at night without my powdered bottom being diapered and having my pacifier and teddy bear. During the day I went from occasional diaper use to almost every day. I even started to wear them to work. The problem is I am getting so used to just peeing and pooping when I have to, I sometimes forget that I'm not wearing them. At work last week I was talking to some co-workers when I felt a warm stream running down my leg. I started peeing before I realized I had no diaper and by then I could not stop it. They looked at me in shock as a yellow puddle formed under my feet and the whole front of my pants became soaked. In total humiliation and shame I ran to bathroom to try and clean up. Despite the embarrassment I was completely aroused by what happened. ( I blamed the incident on medication I said I was taking.) Then yesterday, I was shopping in the supermarket when the urge to poop became extreme. With out even thinking I just let it go...then realized in horror that I had changed my wet diaper before leaving and not put on a clean one. I had to go home with a huge load of poop in my underwear and a red face.
Should I stop wearing diapers before I am completely unable to control myself or just stop using the toilet altogether and wear diapers all the time.
Love,
Baby Ron

Dear Baby Ron:
It does
sound like diapers are causing you some confusion and difficulty. I have
always been the type that I think it is inappropriate to "mess"
in public (like in the grocery store) unless it is an unavoidable
accident. Also, wetting your pants at work while not diapered is clearly a
problem. I would suggest that you consider putting some clear restraints
on your diaper wearing for a while, such as only wearing them at home so
you KNOW you can't wet/mess in public. Failing that you would just have to
commit to ALWAYS wearing a diaper since you can't remember when you are
not wearing one.
