Dear TL:

     Can you do it? I have no idea, depends on the laws in your town and state. Should you do it? Hell No!

      The idea of being seen wearing diapers in public is a turn on for many of the diaper lovers who see diapers as a sexual thing. But it is not appropriate to subject the outside world to your desires! Not only would you risk offending others or getting yourself arrested, but you also would give the general public more ammo to say that we are just a bunch of perverts. Underwear - disposable or otherwise - is a private thing, and should be kept that way. I'm sorry, but public diaper exposure needs to remain a fantasy and the subject of stories, not something we actually do.
