Dear Phil:
Safety is
always the most important thing when meeting someone in the real world who
you first met online. This is especially true in such a personal situation
as being diapered with a new friend. Here are some tips:

Explain your limits clearly and in
advance. If you are only looking for diaper play, make it clear you're
not interested in sex. If sex is something you are considering give
your limits as to what kind of sex and fetishes you want to try, and
which ones you do not want!

Meet in a public place first.
Playing in diapers will require some private time to be sure, but you
should meet this person in a public place first so you have a chance
to decide if you feel comfortable being with them. Just grabbing a
drink or bite top eat somewhere is a great way to break the ice and
get a feel for your playmate.

Practice safe diapering - Don't let
your nervousness or excitement keep you from following your normal
skin care routine. The extreme wetting and/or messing that some DL's
engage in during playtime makes proper cleaning and skin treatment all
the more important. Clean yourself (or your partner) well at each
diaper change. NEVER put a dry diaper over soggy smelly skin!

Safe Words & Sex - Your short
question doesn't give me enough of an idea as to what your plans are.
Just in case sex and other fetishes are to be involved (and for the
benefit of others reading) I give this advice. If you are going to
practice any form of submission (Bondage, spanking, etc.) do have a
safe word in case your partner's limits are higher than yours. If sex
is to be involved, practice safe sex!
