Dear Daily Diapers Letter with Answer

Dear Daily: 

     Recently I walked into my best friends house (he lives with his parents) and i noticed maybe 5 packages of depends. I know that they are for his father, because he suffers from several major health problems. So now that my friend has had to come to grips with his father wearing diapers, do you think now would be the right time to tell him about my love for diapers? None of my friends know about it. Thanks for your help.

Dear Petey,

     No, absolutely not. While your friend clearly has reason to be accepting of adults in diapers now, this is not the time to tell him about your fetish. His Dad has medical incontinence, and telling your friend that you LIKE wearing and wetting diapers may only anger him if he thinks you are making light of his father's condition.

     On the other hand, if your friend brings up the situation by saying something like "Can you imagine what it would be like to wear diapers all the time?" then you can certainly answer "Actually, I do." and see where the conversation goes. It's just not something you should bring up first. If you really want to try and spark a conversation politely, you could suggest that there are better brands of diapers than Depend and see if he asks how you know.
