Dear Daily Diapers Letter with Answer

Dear Daily:

     I am male, 49 this month, single, and not fat. I wear diapers full time because they are needed and I do enjoy them now, with all the nice things that can be purchased on-line to accompany the look you want. My question is, are there any family situations where all the members prefer and use diapers as their undies of choice? I would like to be involved with such a lifestyle for myself but I find that choice most difficult to make happen.

Dear Member:

     That's a hard question for me to answer. Of course, in the traditional sense of the word "Family" I would have to be against the very idea. If Family means a Mom, Dad and 2.5 children, then it would be inappropriate for the Mom or Dad to encourage a "Diaper family" situation. Your medical need explains why you wear diapers, and your new-found enjoyment of them explains why you'd want a wife to wear them as well, but there just isn't an innocent reason to encourage a child/teen with no medical need to wear them. Sorry if that's not what you meant, but it's how the letter read, so I had to address it that way.

      If family, to you, means a Husband and Wife, then yes there are several known diaper couples online, and I am sure many more we don't know about. With medical incontinence it is going to be important for you to be upfront and honest with any women you meet. If you're starting to like someone and want to be intimate with them, they will need to know that you're wearing a diaper before you get to the bedroom. I recommend explaining - at a point where it feels right to do so - explaining that you have a condition (I use this generic term as you didn't say why you need them.) that requires you to wear protection and before getting intimate you would need to take a shower.... if it feels right you can offer to let her join you in the shower.

     The important thing for all diaper wearing adults - be it by choice or by need - is to understand the responsibility we all share to not inflict our lifestyle on others against their will. I wear diapers 24/7 by medical need, and while most people I deal with know about it, they will almost never see any evidence of it. My family sees me in diapers all the time as I am in no way ashamed, but friends, co-workers and romantic mates shouldn't be subjected to your diapers unless they are okay with it.
