Do you know if
anyone has contacted pampers or a proper diaper manufacturer to ask
them if they could make diapers in larger sizes, but like the baby
ones?

Dear Mike: All the time, but it just isn't a reasonable request. These companies design their products for medical need, not fetish wearers, and most incontinent adults would be pissed to have to buy overly perfumed diapers with cartoons on the front.
