Outstanding diapers. These diapers are large and very bulky. When I first put one on I had trouble walking without a diaper waddle. They are very similar to Molicares except that the shade of purple is so light it is almost pink. They have elastic waste bands in both the front and back which helped them to stay up a little better than Molicares. These are also very absorbent, I wore one from mid-afternoon to the next morning with no leaks. I am not sure if XP Medical is the only source or not but they have them about 10% cheaper than Molicares per diaper. They also come with more diapers per case than Molicares. |

This has to be the worst fitting diaper on the market. I am pretty normal (5'11", 170 pounds) and this diaper will not fit. Too tight at the legs and too wide around the waist. Great absorbency can't make up for the poor fit and the weak plastic cover that rips easily. Don't waste your money on this one. |

I just tried these for the first time last night and fell in love. They are very thick and hold a lot of pee and the tapes stay stuck. Move over Molicare, there is a new diaper in town. |

I ordered two sample packs one Premium one Super, so far I have only received one of them. I am extremely disappointed within 15 minutes of putting one I felt one of the top tapes pull loose, while I was just sitting. It had ripped a hole in the diaper backing. Within a few hours all four tapes had come loose, and I had to use tape to hold the diaper in place. I would place this diaper near the bottom of my purchase last. |

After reading several different review sites about this diaper and mostly reading the negative reviews I was hesitant to try it, but I am glad I did! I got the medium Super diaper that was a bit small, but I was able to connect the top two tapes. I was pleasantly surprised by how well the tapes stuck especially after a restless night of rolling around and only having two tapes. I am extremely pleased with the absorbency of this diaper and look forward to trying the Premium diaper that has an elastic waistband and of course more absorbency. |

I have been trying to find a diaper that's better than Molicare and Abena. I'm not saying they are bad, but the tapes are terrible. They don't stick on the Molicare or the Abena very well. I found these on a website called adult-diapers-briefs.com. I ordered a sample bag of them to try and they are pretty good. They fit real tight around the legs and absorb a lot. I wet several times and no leaks. I use medium, but I think I will order the large so the legs aren't so tight. The tapes are excellent. They don't come loose at all. They are also about 73 cents per diaper. Get a sample and let me know what you think. |

This isn't a review, but rather some advice for those stuck with half a bag of these diapers and doesn't know what to do with them. I agree, out of the bag, the fit sucks: Too tight around the thighs--if you can even get the tapes to stick--and baggy at the waist. Before you throw them in the trash, though, try this, folks: Fold the diaper in half and match up the corners (front and back, left and right, one side at a time) and pull down on the crotch so the diaper folds in half. Look at how the leg openings lay, and you'll notice there's two inches extra material on the front wings relative to the back, Herein lies many of the negative comments about the fit of this diaper, because a diaper with taller front wings will never fit the wearer no matter how hard you try to make it work.
Now, holding one set of related corners together and stretching out the diaper, take a pair of scissors and cut away the excess plastic on the front wing using the back wing as a template, making the leg openings larger and both wings symmetrical. Suddenly--HOLY S#&T--the diaper will actually fit! Better than that, the leg gathers will actually seal tightly around your thighs and do what they're designed to do: Offering an extra layer of protection from leaks, allowing the diaper to come close to soaking up the half-gallon of pee the manufacturer claims they will.
For anyone who still has a few of these in their collection, give this a try and good luck. |

Until I tried these, I thought nothing could beat Tranquility for holding all night, but these are equal or better. They are a little less than ATNs, but the thing that I really like is the light blue, it's a turn on for me, reminds me of days gone by when training pants were that color. |

This is for the Mega Care Line Premium Briefs. I''m surprised we don''t hear more about these briefs. I purchased the sample pack off xpmedical and soon bought a case. I''m on my second case now and find them to be an excellent value. These are an extended wear diaper. I''ve been able to go at least 10 hours without changing my diaper. What I like about the diaper: the crotch padding is wide, similar to Molicare, with soft non-binding leg gathers. There is plenty of padding. Not as thick as a molicare, slightly less, but just as absorbent. The padding has full wing coverage in the front and back of the diaper. Because of the wide crotch and bottom padding, I find I rarely have leaks at all in these diapers. The tapes come in the easy-fit style, one tape on top of the other for re-fastening. I have not had a problem with the tapes coming off. After a few hours of wear I do have to refasten them for a snugger fit. The only problem I have with these diapers (and almost any diaper) is the padding tends to fall down in the front of the diaper making a huge clump thats somewhat uncomfortable. I have fixed this by either using a depend boost or baby diaper doubler up front. I also use some snug cotton snap pants to hold it closer to my body. This helps hold the padding in place. Plastic pants work too if their snug fitting. Give them a try! |

I was really surprised when I opened the package of these Mega CareLine diapers. To me they seem thin. They are like a modified Depend Maximum. I figured I just wasted my money, but they are very comfortable, fit well on me, and they remain soft even when wet. They do sag a lot when heavily wet though. I don''''t like the fact that they are purple, but they haven''''t leaked on me yet. I''''ve been using the Abena X plus briefs and I like them, but they always leak on me when I''''m laying in bed. These I feel really protected and I sleep well with them on. |
