This product is sold as a diaper but is more of a plastic pant. The only absorbant part is the single layer of cotton that covers the plastic lining. I would recommend it for concealing a smaller diaper or pull-up. I put a Pampers or Huggies size 6 inside the underwear and use that as the "diaper". It defiantly requires a booster pad in order to be used as a diaper. It also leaks if the urine soaks up to the elastic between the legs.
