In my quest for a night time diaper (I need them for medical reasons), I just came uppon Tena Flex diapers. Sure I went for the Tena Flex SUPER as they are the most absorbent from the Flex product range. You can get Tena Flex PLUS, SUPER and MAXI and they come in S,M,L,XL sizes.

The package is "standard" Tena package and holds 22 briefs. Briefs are very easy and quick to put on. Velcro tabs are very strong and hold without compromise. Some attention should be put into positioning of the velcro tabs, as with some time of wearing the brief, they can cause discomfort - rubbing against the skin (are they positioned improperly).

Those briefs hold a lot and have good leakage protection. When dry, they are very discrete, and quiet - bonus. If you'r looking for a crinkly and bulk brief.. those are not your best bet. When wet, they bulk quite a bit, but the comfort and dryness feeling remains. In hot weather they provide much more airflow and comfort.
After a week of extensive wearing, I had no leaks - but if you sit on a maxed out brief, expect some dampness (that goes for all diapers I guess).

Only thing that take some getting used to are velcro tabs - they can be refastened many many times, but must sit in the middle of the belt. If not - they will cause discomfort when wearing the diaper. But you can count on those tabs to never let go - and that is a bonus, comparing to some plastic stickers that wont even stick with other brands/products.

I would recommend this diaper as a night time diaper and all day diaper. Folded, they fit anywhere, but when wet - be on a look-out for a big dumpster.

A very good nappy.Holds unbelievable amounts.Very convienent if you decide to use the loo occasionally. They are ideal for nightime, allowing me to sleep on my side without leaking. They are easy to change when wearing trousers etc.as shoes, jeans etc do not have to be removed.

Drawbacks: The inner velcro landing strip can ride up and become very obvious to anyone seeing it.This can be helped by triming it to suit.
These nappies are not the prettiest around and my girlfriend laughed at how babyish it was the first time she saw it.Now she agrees they are super for nightime or discreet daytime wear,(for me not her).
Anyone looking for a noisy or bulky nappy will not appreciate these.

One important final plus is that this nappy can be worn with the velcro strips at the back giving alot more bulk to the front, for both a thicker feel and improved efficiency.

Give these nappies a try, you'll be impressed.
