Review by: Coco Disposable Diapers |
I have been using these diapers for about a week. They are sold only in China as far as I know. These are not the best diapers I have ever worn but they are very comfortable even better when wet. They are plain white with a blue tape at the front so that you can fasten and unfasten the 4 tapes. They have a this blue wetness indicator down the center. Very typical really. I have worn these diapers to work several times without anyone noticing (I think). One of the biggest drawbacks to these diapers is that they do leak when you wet too fast. The outside is made of strong plastic that doesn't tare easily and they are very quiet. (Again, good if you want to take them to work) The tapes are strong but not stron enough to tare the diaper if you have to re-fasten them. They are quite inexpensive when compared to depends (The only other adult diaper available here in China Depends run about RMB 60 for a pack of 9 while Coco's are only about RMB 35 for a pack of 10.
Overall they are OK, The only alternative here in China is depends, and I'm sure they will be getting most of my business from now on. They are worth the extra money. |

I'm currently living in China and have been for nearly 7 years. Most Chinese brand diapers I have tried leave me disappointed. They are either too small, the tapes don't stick or it doesn't hold as much as I would like.
Although Coco's disposable diapers are a Chinese brand, they are one of the most comfortable that I have tried; still not as nice as some of the other big American brands but they do have a nice snug feel. Coco's diapers can also hold a lot more then you would expect from what I would say is an ultra thin diaper. In fact they seem to hold up nearly as well as depends in my own personal "stress test".
Coco's design is very standard, blue wetness strip down the middle, big tape in the front with 'Coco' written in blue all over it for witch the fasteners to stick to so they are easier to peel off again.
I have worn them to work a time or two and the ultra thin design makes them almost unnoticeable. And coupled with the fact that they have almost NO crinkle make them perfect for such an endeavor, Although I wouldn't mind a bit more padding, it is meant to be a diaper, after all.
In conclusion I feel that over all this is a good diaper, able to fulfill it's intended function, I will continue to buy this diaper, but for use only at work and when I don't need other people to know I am waring a diaper. At home, because they have a little more bulk, I will stick with Dr. P or Depends.

| 10 is the best rating, 1 is the lowest. For leaks, 10 is the fewest leaks, 1 is the most. For noise, 10 is the quietest, 1 is the noisiest. For looks 1 is the plainest, 10 is the most colorful and decorated. |
