they are nice diapers but they don't hold a lot of pee. If you pee more then once then sit down it will leak |

I am a DL who has tried many adult diapers over the years, eventually I tried Certainty because of the very good price of 12 dollars for a package of 18 (Small/Medium)
I found that these diapers, though not holding much, do not much much sound and are not all that bulky, making them great for being in public, for my 2 weeks straight in these, the comfort level was hit or miss, sometimes the diaper would fit perfectly and other times it would ride up my backside, kinda like I was wearing it backwards.
As far as absorbancy you can't just go in these, you have to give it time for the liquid to soak in or you'll end up with urine on your thighs. The longtivity of these is decent. I usually ended up changing about twice or three times a day which isn't great for a tight budget.
Their cheap and discreet, but not the best I have encountered. |

I bought a 20 pack on sale for 8.99. the first diaper leaked a huge spot on the front of my pants during the first wetting. The second wetting it held 2 good ones and didn't leak when I sat down for a moment. They are quiet, like no noise what so ever. I got the mediums sized ones unsure if they would fit as it says up to 44" hips and I am a 37" waist with 43" hips @ 230 lbs. and they fit better than expected. I would feel comfortable soiling myself while in this diaper but wouldn't be comfortable sitting in this dirty diaper very long. To be fair I haven't worn any other brand of diaper besides a depends about 15 years ago and I liked it. BTW I am just an occasional recreational diaper user. |

I am a AB and bedwetter and I use Certainty's. I disagree with what others are saying about them. I am a heavy wetter and they hold all of my fluid. I have tested them during the day and was able to wet about 3 to 4 times before it started leaking, and that was all heavy flow. I would recommened this product to anyone not only for the comfort,quitness, amount held but also a great price for 40 diapers. |

I have been wearing these diapers now for a year or more. I would use these as a day time diaper but not a bedtime. I have leaked really bad at bedtime a couple times with these. I really like the daytime use though, I can usually wet two or three times standing but if i am sitting one standing let it stand soak for a min or two then you can sit. But if sitting let it go!! no joke just let it go then wait atleast 5 or 10 min before you wet again but if you pee every 30 to 45 min these are great for two to three full full wettings within those time frames.. I really like them and hope you do to.... |

These are the only diapers I buy because I can get 35 for 20 dollars and I love them...They hold all of my wettings and hold my messes. The aren't noisey so I can wear them out in public and not worry. I have leaked a few times, but nothing major. Overall i say these diapers are awesome and i encourage everyone to try |
