Just tried the new "looks like printed underwear" Depend, and was really impressed. They were a lot better than i thought they would be, held a lot, and even have tear down sides, to make changes after No. 2 accident easier to clean up. The package was neat, too. It was like a pack of printed men's underwear. I got them in Wal Mart, and was quite impressed. Maybe the folks at K-C are finally getting smart. NOW, if they would only make a really absorbent diaper, we would have something to brag about! |

After radical prostectomy two years ago I have tried most all brands of protective underwear. Depends for Men is the best I have found they are comfortable. My waist is 34 so thier small size 26-34 fits snug without being tight. Most other brands small size is 34-46 so I feel like I am wearing a circus tent and the leg gathers are not tight at all. I only have moderate to light leakage. Male guards would work but if you sleep on your stomach it like laying on a rock between your legs. Depends are also not as embarring in the locker room at work since they don't have the ballon look of some of the other brands. Also they have a smoother feel and do feel like regular briefs. I hpe my leakeage problem soon end but for now Depend for men is what I will buy. Also they now have the economy pack of 30 for around 19 bucks. |

I am incontinent so I wear diapers 24/7, well i saw these at Wal-Mart last weeeknd and I picked up a case. They are super thin and the padding of the pull up is up much further in front or us guys in this new product. they worked rather well but i got caught where I could not change for a few hours and when I got out of my car Ihad leaked really bad but I was in this pull up much longer than I usually am. The leaking happened the last 15 minutes I was wearing so up until then they did a great job! |

The key to these protective underwear--as with most things--is to have the right expectations. Will they hold as much as a Abena X-Plus? Absolutely not. Are they good for bed wetters? You're kidding, right?
But if what you want is very discreet protection against one or two full wettings, then these are fine. I wish they had higher capacity, a wider crotch, more padding up the back and leak guards, but all of those would raise the price and thicken the product, which is not something most Depend users want.
I haven't tried them sitting down yet, but the lack of leak guards and the narrow crotch leads me to believe that they wouldn't do well with that, unless you really were incontinent and just leaked every so often. But for real wetting, I'd stick with a diaper.

i for one am always excited with gender-specific product so had to hump up a case of these right away... wheee...
if y'all wear pull-ups from tahm to tahm, and I KNOW YA DO, these are comfy in the extreme... why they're makin me look 'well-hung' up front instead of like i'm dragging a big lump of old piss around between mah legs... win win!
butt seriously, i think they exceed capacity expectations--they should now make the standard diapers gender-specific as well, not just for the car rides mentioned above--oh lord i hear you on that one. i wear them with tight plastic pants over, haven't had an accident yet, i would recommend them as a fashion statement and as a temporary piss storage unit. |

I have been debating about getting these for a while and finally took a risk. I was not pleased. These are supposed to be designed for men, but the absorbent core doesn't go up high enough. You still have to tuck your "little buddy" down before you pee. I was hoping they would be more like an adult version of goodnites, but was sorely disapointed. |

Definately worth a try - This is the best product Depends has come out with in recent years. So much better than the others in this catagory. So thin and comfortable to wear, yet they soakup 4 good wetting from me and don't leak, swell up pretty nice and still stay comfortable and discrete. I wear thes to work everyday amd seldom have to change during the day. A little stuffer when I'm on the road and you all set to go. Can't say enough good things about them - Try them and you'll see ! |

Their look is their biggest downfall. Regular white diapers are awesome because of how "diaper"ish they look, Goodnites are awesome because of how kiddy they look. These, however, are designed to look like the underwear of adults. They're designed for old people, basically. If you're an actual old person with actual incontinence, they're great, if you're an AB/DL, not so much. They feature almost none of the things that make diapers fun. The sound is quiet as well, so if you like the crinkling, then you're in trouble. They're also very unobtrusive, so they're very comfy, but if you like big bulkiness, er, sucks. I haven't yet given them a comprehensive capacity test, but I did wet it slightly and I do believe a few drops came out, despite how little I gave it. This is probably because of how loose they are on me. I'm a 16 year old male of average waistline, and it always felt ready to come off. Thankfully it didn't, but it sure felt like it. |

I like these for pull-ups, but they don't have leak-guards, so once you use up the 12-14 oz of absorbency, they'll leak-quickly. Good for a pull-up, though. Looking forward to trying the new gray-colored ones. |

| 10 is the best rating, 1 is the lowest. For leaks, 10 is the fewest leaks, 1 is the most. For noise, 10 is the quietest, 1 is the noisiest. For looks 1 is the plainest, 10 is the most colorful and decorated. |
