From what I can tell, Attends 10 is Paper-Pak's new name for their original briefs. (The number reflects the product absorbency, with Attends 0-4 being pads. The only change I see is the new, white tapes with the Attends logo, which do seem to stick better. While I don't think Attends absorb much more than a good generic diaper (see my Assurance review), they are constructed much better. The waistband really works and the leg elastic is often snug the first time you apply the bottom tapes. The padding doesn't collapse easily. The wetness indicator is less-affected by sweat. They also have a greater wing area in the front and back, which may make them usable at night without a soaker. Compared to other name-brand diapers, they don't swell-up when wet, although they're a little bulky to begin with. I'd still like to see a design with leak guards and more absorbency, but the current Attends 10 is a respectable diaper. |

These are the best diaper I've ever worn by far. Three good wettings and they're still going strong. The inside material is very comfortable and the outside still has the babyish feel. I'd recommend them to anyone wanting a quality diaper. 10/10 |

The first thing that struck me about this diaper was the feel as I was putting it on. It felt really nice and comfortable to me. I was then pleasantly surprised by how snugly they fit me and quite surprised by the strength of the tapes. They're stronger than that of any diaper I've tried so far, allowing for a good, snug, yet comfortable fit. I rather enjoy the thick feel of the diaper and the feel of the plastic cover. The only complaint I have about these diapers is that they're orange... or at least the Extra-Large ones I have are orange. And, that's far from a significant complaint for me. While the Attends 10 are not as absorbent as the Tranquility ATN's (All-Through-The-Night), it's definitely more absorbent than your run of the mill generic diaper, the padding is much more resistant to the "clumping" that usually occurs once it's pretty well saturated, and the tapes are quite significantly stronger--surprisingly so if all you've tried so far are generic diapers. Plus, the Attends 10's won't burn too much of a hole in your wallet. Overall, I am quite pleased with these diapers and would personally recommend them. |

today I just purchased the new attends briefs 10 ultimate protection. I was happy to see that they are improving the comfort. they are not as bulky as there predecessor, but are still very snug and comfortable to wear. they have 3 Refastenable tapes for a snug fit that hugs you all over. the waist band is padded thinner. the protection is as good as it gets, much better than depends ,the diaper is comfortable and not so thin to the point of being uncomfortable when wet. I wear mediums they still are 22 to a pack. the center has perma-dry core that absorbs wetness quickly and is great for the skin. I still prefer the classic briefs with 3 tapes and waist band but i think this is better than the rest of briefs out there. i give it 2 thumbs up. |

As good as an Attends should be but not 100 percent able to to stop side frontal leaks although, the diaper itself is extra wide and easily able to accommodate a soaker. All said and done the idea behind them for people who are sitting or lying is not bad and the crotch "anti leak whilst sitting tabs" do work. Price; not to much more than a cheap diaper but cheaper than the best Tena Maxis - so try them, you probably wont be disappointed. |

Good diaper overall. There is just the right amount of padding, without feeling like it's going to slide off under its own weight (my problem with Molicare Supers). The diapers are comfortable, soft and have really strong tapes. The outer plastic is great--very smooth and shiny for those who like that. I love the wetness indicator. I have occasional problems with leaks around the leg bands, but nothing major. This is my current favorite diaper, and probably will be for awhile. |

This nappy is my fav, it holds an amazing 4900ml, u can re-fasten the tapes many times without the plastic tearing [cos of reinforced plastic at front], very thick and comfy and takes 5-7 big wettings without leaks. And the M M M M M M M M M M print down it in dark blue looks really kewl! Specially made for sitting and lying--and the padding when wet doesn't bunch up like others. PH balancer and odor guard is great-- I can stay in this for about 10 hours with no rash! Give it 10/10 |

Never had attends until someone gave me the old style 10 with waistband. I was soo geeked by it. Then found out that they changed it...so I ordered a bag and was kind of disappointed. The plastic backing seems to be on the thin side. I was afraid of damaging it as I was taping it in place. It is also a bit thinner then the other attends 10...But still thicker then a depend or other piece of junk that is sold here in the local American stores. I give it a six out of ten. |

These nappies are brilliant. They are my second choice for general wear (first choice are still Lille Supreme maxi's), and their absorbency is excellent, especially when sitting because of the leak cuffs. I like the plastic outer cover, and tapes continually stick well after they have been removed and reseated. With a booster pad at night I feel secure and get a good night's sleep! Nice one!!! |

I am writing this while wearing the Attends 10 Classic by the end of this review you will know exactly what this diaper is like as if you were wearing it yourself. The Attends 10 Classic comes in a mostly green package the package that is in front of me is a "24pack of briefs" Size Medium, fits hips 32" to 44" (81-112cm), This is you standard diaper style brief NOT A PULL-UP it contains 4 tapes and they have the word Attends printed on them, there is NOT a waistband. The cover sheet is a white plastic backing. There ISN'T a special tape zone, so you can stick the tape on the cover anywhere. -------UPON UNFOLDING THE DIAPER ------- The diaper is folded twice down the center as is with most adult diapers. Personally I don't believe they purposely scent adult diapers, the smell of a fresh attends diaper straight from the package smells like well plastic but if I had to relate it to the closest thing I would have to say cherries, I don't know why but the smell to me similar to cherries. The inside color is all white, and the top sheet is not like you typical Walgreen's or depends diaper, but more like a mesh called Micropore the exact same absorbent top sheet as menstrual pads. The micropore top sheet is made from some kind of extremely soft plastic or most likely something closer to latex and is some what stretchy like elastic.---------- WEARING --------- This Diaper fits OK on me (I have a 34" waist) the tapes stick on the sides not the front for me. The padding could be thicker, though it is about 1 1/2 times thicker than a depend day&night. They are comfortable to wear but what diapers aren't? I have worn the Attends waistband stlye before and those wear by far the best fitting and feeling diapers. These feel ok not bad definatly not the best. I recommend sprinkling baby powder or applying baby lotion before you fasten this diaper on. It keeps you from sweating, makes the diaper feel smoother and for guys allows free movement for your penis especially if you get erections in your diaper. ---------- USING ---------- Ahh my favorite part! Give me a sec... j/k OK as far as absorbency goes they say 10 Ultimate protection, but you can do better with an Attends waistband or Molicare or Abena Product. This diaper will not hold bladder bursting pees. The true test is the morning piss, Ill tell you it didn't hold mine. The best way to pee into this diaper is while standing. Peeing while laying down in bed or while sitting will almost defiantly result in leaks from the leg holes in the back. If you are going to pee full force and attempt to flood this diaper it will wick somewhat quickly and you can feel the pee inside the diaper that hasn't been soaked up yet. You can wait for it to soak it up but I WARN do not sit down for even though it is soaked up sitting down will leave spots on your pants and on what ever you sat on the wetness indicator when dry is 3 yellow stripes down the middle and they turn blue once your diaper becomes wet. -------REMOVING----- When removing pulling the tapes quickly will rip the coversheet. best bet is to slowly peel back the tapes to remove. I haven't loaded my diaper yet. but I imagine it wouldn't be much of a problem as there is sufficient room for a moderate amount of poop. Hope this helped! They are cheap a case of 96 costs my about $48.00 USD for doubling them up isn't a problem. Good luck and happy wetting... ...and pooping! |

I've been an Attends wearer for about as long as they've been on the market. The new 10's have some improvements that I really like. The waistband has been improved and the tapes hold really well. The wetness indicator is smaller and less noticeable. Attends is the most babyish looking diaper out there, if you're looking for that. They have a nice bulk between the legs, especially when adding a Depend Boost pad. I wish, however, they would put leak guards in them. That would greatly improve an already fine diaper. |

I have tried the new Attends 10 and found it very disappointing. The waistband is not as good and one gushing wetting leaks. If you are laying on your back it "wicks" out the back and leaks. I hope they get it right soon. It was my favorite. Abri-Form X-Plus with an Attends on top works well. |

I just got a new order of the new and improved Attends Briefs, and I have to say that when I first opened the box, I was scared, I thought they weren't going to be the same, But I feel now that I have tried them on that they just might be a little better, they are softer, and look more babyish, and ever though I am a DL and not an AB I still like the fact that they are more babyish looking, They sound the same as the old ones and are just as thick, but I love that you can hardly see the wetness indicator and when you wet instead of changing color, it disappears, ever better. |

I just wish that they were more crinkly...I love that sound! over-all I give Attends10 a 9/10. |

I have used attends for about 15 years now. Depends 10 years before that. Attends used to be made by Proctor and Gamble. They used to have much more padding and more wing area around the behind. Proctor and Gamble made one change during the 15 years that they made the diaper. When P&G sold out to Paper Pak, another change took place. The diaper was once again made thinner in material. Paper Pak assured me that the diaper would hold the same amount of liquid (it used to hold 2 or 3 wetting, now it holds one). Booster pads are needed for more than one wetting. Paper Pak also changed the leg gathers, the yellow wetness indicator, and the waistband (due to supplier problems I was told). Attends does not have the bulkiness, thickness and loudness that they used to have. Attends do still fit very good tho. I give attends a 5 rating overall. |

For years now, these have been my favorite diaper. I should begin by saying that I am a DL, not an AB, just to keep my comments in context. These diapers are soft, both inside and out, and have a wonderfully smooth white outer plastic cover. They're not the quietest diaper around, but if you wear underwear over them, they quiet down nicely. They're thick, but not ridiculously so. You can wear them under pants and still go out pretty safely, if your pants are fairly loose. The fit is one of my favorite parts. They feel like a big hug all day long. They have three tapes on each side, so your hips feel secure, and they ride high, all the way to your belly button. Being wrapped in a diaper that full-cut is just wonderful. As for the absorbency, they're very good. I know there are those who will say they're not up there with Molicare and Abena, and I'm sure they're right. But they're sure a lot better than Depend and the generics out there. These have never failed me, and nothing feels as good on. |

PaperPak Company has changed the design of their diapers on at least two occasions. I could not be more disappointed on their last attempt to redesign the Attends brief. They are thinner, not as soft and are smaller in size (they barely go around my 36 in. waist. I know companies like PaperPak are looking to improve their product but in my opinion, they (the Attends) are getting worse. I will look for a more thicker, babyish adult disposable diaper or go back to cloth with plastic pants or a diaper service. |

I have the Attends 10 with waistband and 6 tapes. This is my new favorite diaper. The padding is thicker than what I am used to, which is great. It goes all the way up unlike the Depends overnights. These are so comfortable I wish I could wear the all the time. Only one thing I do not like. The padding is too thick to wear under clothes. I wear Depends if going out. |

Tried Attends 10 with Waistband today. Bulkier than I really like, as I wear them at work. The "refastenable" tapes were not as good as Tena as they tore the outer shell when trying to reposition. After a good soak, I made the mistake of sitting. Thankfully I wear disposables with my favorite Suprima plastic pants, but there was still leakage and an embarrassing damp spot on my pants. Guess I will need to treat them a little more easier than I would with Tena (and I usually go with Classic Plus not the more absorbent Ultra or Super). Looks 5/10. Absorbency 7/10. Overall 6/10. |

I have been using Attends for years. They are by far my favorite diaper. I have used many different brands and I always go back to Attends. I think their waistband with the 6 tapes give the best fit and feel of any diaper I have ever worn. I also enjoy the look of them. The could be more absorbant and thicker (I remember what they used to be like over 10 years ago) but the best thing I have found to help with this is to double them up and/or use boosters. All in all, a wonderful diaper. |

i recently tried the attends classic 10 "extra absorbency" and boy was i disappointed! it doesn't breathe very well (waaay too hot for social events, etc); it doesn't hold much before it starts to leak; and the gel breaks down very easily. the (4) tapes are super sticky, but don't refasten well. the only good thing i can say about this diaper, is that it's very crinkly--which i'm sure we all love. if you're incontinent or wear diapers regularly, i wouldn't rely on this diaper to keep you dry. |

I had been wanting to try this diaper for a long time. I didn't want to order them and the only thing at the local stores were Depends or the store brand. I went into this store to buy some Depends and next to the Depends were the Attends 10. Anyway, I love that these diapers have a waist band and 6 tapes. The legs are cut strange, most diapers have rounded leg holes. The Attends have a squared leg hole. This was the only thing that I did not like about this diaper. Overall I liked them very much. |

This is one of the best diapers for AB's and not that shabby for those that incontinent. It looks like an older undecorated baby diaper, it absorbs fairly well and does pretty good with leaks. The tapes are the best on the market, although you can't refasten them, once they are fastened they aren't coming loose. |

well, like most drug-store products, this diaper is rather disappointing to me. the fluff inside has a tendency to separate with wear. it ALWAYS leaked on me--and i don't flood my diapers. it's also exceptionally hot (does NOT breathe well) in the summer time. it's a little rustly/crinkly, but not very much; and the fit is kinda trim.
if you want a diaper to wear for fun & aesthetics, i would recommend it. but if you need a diaper to rely on, i would advise you to look elsewhere. it's been my experience that any diaper you can by in a drugstore is NOT going to be very reliable. |

I have been wearing diapers for nearly 20 years now, started out as something I needed after a lower back injury then I admidt I kinda started to enjoy it for some reason. I will say the Attends in my opinion have to be one of the best in the American market, I'vetried som many brands it's stupid. I have looked into the European market and I will be blunt, I have never tried what they call the Attends Slips in the EU, however I keep trying to buy them on ebay and loose the bids all the time. The Attends slips are from what I can tell just like a baby diaper..also means they work better. Example the have only 2 tape tabs on the diaper, one very wide tap on each side in place of either six or four tabs. The look like they have leak gaurds as well. Now I have emailed paper pack and NEVER get any response. I have asked why we don't have the Attends Slips here in the US, no response. When I called they told me that the consumers in the EU are not the same as here in the US. BS is my answer to that they are looking for price points. I told them if the Attends Slips were offered here they would be by far the best diapers for adults in the US. At least offer them to us. You will find on ebay for example if you type in adult diapers there are so many different adult diapers and they are all very much better than ours here in the US, much more baby like as well. I for one am worried that they will faze out the diapers with the plastic outer cover in time and we will only have the cloth like backing on every brand, something I will NOT be pleased with. I like the crinkling and I also like the fact that you can wipe the outside of the diaper clean. For what we have in the US either the Molicare regulars because they don't fall off you under their own weight, or they Attends with waistband or the Attends Classic without waistband are the best. I perfer the Attends Classic without waistband because they make more noise and are not as commercialized. I hope this helped, please look into the EU market and lets see if it is possible to get orders from there over here! Thanks for reading my post everyone. |

Attends w/ Waistband... good diaper, reasonably loud and bulky, and the most "diaper-like" I've used. Sort of disappointingly thin, and if you "fluff" them before use you get weird clumping of the liner materials. Tapes hold pretty well, though the mediums are a bit large on me (unlike the Abri X-plus mediums, which fit a bit better but come up my waist higher). I like the noise they make, and are pretty easy to conceal (easier that X-plus) due to their overall lower bulk. Leaks/capacity is biggest woe: After one large wetting you can expect small leaks around the cuffs no matter how tightly you try to fasten them.; after two large wettings, you may as well not have had one on in the first place -- it's almost all going to leak out. This problems is exacerbated (even with one wetting) if you sit down in them. The newer ones also don't seem to come with any kind of wetness indicator (no "three yellow stripes" decoration). It's a fine diaper, easy enough to find and on the cheaper end of the scale, but definitely not the finest available. |

The Attends 10 is a very good diaper. It holds well without leaking. It is very attractive and the tapes (three per side) stick well. You can really get them to fit well. The only thing that is not my favorite about these diapers is the way the leg holes are cut. They are square shaped, which felt slightly strange. They were still comfortable, once I got used to them. Overall, a very nice diaper. |

Got to start with THESE ARE GREAT! .. now let me explain why (I hope you've got time to read this).. Because I live at home with my parents (in the UK) it is extremely difficult to keep them from knowing my "special" interest so for years i've been buying largest size Pampers and Huggies from the shops and getting them hidden as soon as I could! They fulfilled my craving at the time but were really too small, so finding adult nappies/diapers was a must - except I could never find any in the shops!
I had to wait until my parents went on holiday and booked the same week off work to have maximum time alone at home. Ordering from Attends Online Shop was really easy. I ordered Attends Slip 10 Special Care (Medium) and Attends Pull Ons 8 (Medium). I even paid more for next day delivery so I could start enjoying them quickly.. waiting for them I was like a kid at christmas!
I was so excited when they came, packaging was a completely grey non-see-through plastic bag, I took a Slip out and put it on... COMPLETE BLISS!!! Just like a scaled-up version of a Pampers with the sticky tabs I never imagined they would feel this good, excellent coverage, fasteners hold perfectly, but I wanted thicker so I put a Pull On over the top and that was like a dozen cherries on the cake! I prefer the "natural" cotton feel of the Pull Ons to the plastic-like Slips. It took me a few weeks to be able to sleep properly at night wearing them, mainly because I felt so good in them I didn't want to go sleep because I wouldn't be able to take the feeling with me! Also peeing in them took ages to do it freely, drinking loads of water before I went bed helped, and the feeling afterwards is one of the best things ever. Warm, chunky, perfect!
The pinnacle of it all was when I had been to a party one night and got completely plastered (very drunk!), somehow I managed to get them on when I went bed and was so pleased when I woke up in the morning and realised I had pee'd while asleep! Never been able to do it since.
Don't think I could live without them now, it's just a pain having them delivered because they arrive really early and my dad usually catches the post before I get up - he asks what the package was when I get home from work!! I'm running out of excuses now :) |

This is a fantastic diaper. It has a great feel and is very comfortable at night. I like that it has some noise to it also. Overall I give this a solid 10. |

I have been using the Attends 10 (6 tapes and elastic) and they as they now are are terrible. The BIGGEST problem is th the tapes dont stay stuck. When You put them in place and within seconds they POP and once that happens thats it. I have had to go to duct taping them in place |

Itravel frequently for business and am currently living in Germany where I have been unable to locate my preferred Molicare or Abena diapers. As such, I recently tried the Attends "Regular" Slip, which I believe to be the Attends 10. I must say that I am quite impressed with this diaper. Although it is much thinner than my preferred Molicare or Abena's, it is incredibly absorbant! Likewise, the tapes are top notch and have yet to rip-off even after a full day of wear and use. The diapers are also quite discrete and very comfortable to wear. Mostly, though, I'm very impressed with how much these diapers can hold...I've been able to have 3 or 4 heavy wettings in the course of the day with absolutley no leaks. Bravo Attends! Score: 9. |

Maybe I got a bad batch, but I hate these diapers. They feel great, and are very comfortable but leaked after one wetting. Also, the tapes did not hold, as soon as I stood up the top two broke free. Overall, I'm unimpressed. I've been using maximum protection depends and wanted to order some abena's but I saw these at a local pharmacy and decided to try them. Waste of money in my opinion. The depends could hold 3 or more wettings. |

These diapers hold a bit if you are a bedwetter. If you like to walk around in a diaper they tend to clump up and be a bit uncomfortable. If you like to walk around in a diaper the crinkly nosie of these will tell others that you are in a diaper. They are very plain looking and if you enjoy baby diapers these are great. The tapes hold wherever you stick them and will not move or become unstuck. Overall these are fairly decent. |

I had heard some good things about the Attends Brief with Waistbands. So I bought some to try them out. Well let's just say I wont be buying them again. The diapers are rather comfortable at first, but with movement the padding begins to separate and bunch up, even without wetting. This is made worse at night. The capacity can take a good wetting and a half, but like I said before begins to bunch up. The sides where the inner and outer shell meet is prone to separate, allowing an easy place to leak or even the padding to come out of the diaper. The diaper is pretty crinkly, defiantly not good to wear in public. As for looks the diapers plain white, with wetness indicator. and finally the fasteners usually stick with rare cases of having a fresh diaper not have a tab wanna stick. But once you get the tapes to stick, the can't be refastened. Well hope this helps!! |

Disappointed, Attends continue to go down hill they used to be my favorite diaper, now they are 3 or 4th, they are so thin now and after one wetting the fluff clumps up in the bottom of the brief and become unuseable and being to leak. Gonna stick to my ATN's or Abeana M4's Heck I now give Depends a better score than these... |

I get the Attends 10 with waistband elastics paid for by Medicaid as prescribed by my primary care doctor. At night, I use Dignity Double Duty Booster pads inside of my attends. Sometimes I use up to 6 booster pads in my diaper. The Dignity Booster pads come as two pads connected so I use two in the center two in back and two up front, with the front two and back two booster pads slightly over-lapping the middle two. Yes, this makes my diaper look bulky and it feels weird at first, but I haven't had many leaks since using this many at night. The Attends diapers are MUCH like the old LUVS diapers from 1985 (SEE LUVS NEW BABY PANTS on youtube) They look a LOT like these diapers in many ways....if you were to remove the wetness indicator and the white tapes...replacing the tapes with clear ones with LUVS printed on them...They'd BE...the old Retro diaper only adult sized!
Yes, they crinkle VERY loudly...so I don't use them to out in, instead I use them at night only, to go to bed in. I use either Tranquility slimlines Medium or large or First Quality Medium Briefs during the daytime with one Dignity Double Duty Booster pad right in the middle...and then no leaks...unless I don't change in more than three hours...and my diaper is soaked..then of COURSE I'll have leaks...
I use less diapers because I use booster pads a lot. I may only use like...3 to 4 diapers instead of 6 diapers using the attends brand and Dignity Double Duty combo. I'd give the diapers a solid wetting and a half before having to change them. They CAN handle a flooding but one is IT!!! |

Tapes suck, the absorbancy level is mediocre, and the overall feel of it is not great. If you are looking for a diaper that is noisy to let others around you know you are wearing then this is the best one. |

| 10 is the best rating, 1 is the lowest. For leaks, 10 is the fewest leaks, 1 is the most. For noise, 10 is the quietest, 1 is the noisiest. For looks 1 is the plainest, 10 is the most colorful and decorated. |
