They seem very absorbent but there smallest size (small/medium) is larger than I am. I don't mind the cloth like cover (doesn't chafe). But I am a 31-32" waist in there smallest is for 34-46".

have tried many adult diapers and this one to me is the best.  A+ because it's thick, it snugs between my legs and makes a lot of noise and because it can be bulky epically when wearing daisy dukes or shortalls. Average cost under $10.00 for S-M-L; I use large and I can get 18 count per bag.

For the low price of these diapers you can't go wrong. I find them to be a LOT more absorbent than Depends, they fit better. They are snug, comfortable and they have the "baby" feel and noise. I like them. If I had to rate them I would give them a 10 for sure

I find the 1 wide fastener on each side wonderfully baby like.  I really enjoyed being fastened into it.  I made me feel like a real baby.  The cloth like cover is great quiet and great for day time use. After wetting, change fast, the outer cover did tend to leak through.  They are very thin, enough for only one wetting.  I will use as a daytime diaper, I would love to see a thicker, plastic backed diaper from assurance with the one wide fastener on each side.

These were the first adult diapers I tried and they are pretty good. They are nice and thick and absorb quite well for a store brand. The outer cover is plastic (the way diapers should be) and may be too noisy for some . The tapes stay put but often tear through the plastic when removed.

Assurance Overnights have a thin plastic outer covering and waist gathers that are exceptionally soft.  These diapers are very comfortable and babyish.  Despite the absence of much polymer, the do absorb quite well.  The padding does not tolerate much activity before breaking apart and disintegrating, nor does the plastic outer perform well under daytime use - prone to pinhole leaks.  3 tapes per side allow retaping.  Overall, if your going to use them with a stuffer for overnight, these can't be beat at the price.

I have tried a number of generic/store brand diapers, and the Assurance Overnight (Wal-Mart's store brand) is currently my favorite.  Most generics are made by Kendall and share many of the same characteristics, but these get more of them right.  The Overnights use 3 tapes per side, a white plastic cover, front and back stretch waistbands, leak guards, a wetness indicator, and exceptionally wide plastic leg gathers.  I used to buy Depends Overnights, but K-C apparently redesigned them at some point, and flooding began making damp pants.  The Assurance Overnights have no such trouble, and I think the leg gathers also help keep them snug.  Another plus is that a pack of 20 mediums costs under $9 !  The downsides are also typical Kendall: the padding definitely breaks-up under stress, the stretch waistband isn't very useful, and they could still certainly be more absorbent.  With an extra soaker, they work great at night and still cost less than name brands!

Cheaper than Depend and also available from the local Wal-Mart, but not quite as comfortable and the wetness indicator reacts to sweat. Also, not quite as well-put together. I'd recommend them for people just getting into diapers or on a tight budget, but would say that Depend Overnight are better for those who can afford them.

After reading the other positive reviews for these diapers on this site, I decided to give them a try. I was really disappointed. They make a pretty good noise but they're too thin and they leaked at the very first wetting. Also, although they had three tapes the still didn't fit very comfortably, like they were the wings on the sides were the wrong shape or something. I guess the price was right at least.

[Overnight] Not a bad diaper for the price ($9 for a 20 pack). Had a few nighttime leaks, so I don't like to wear them at night. Pretty absorbent, but nothing holds enough for me, so I usually stack several of them on. The outer plastic is very durable, and I've never had a problem with the tapes (6 tapes).

I'm currently using the new version of assurance from Wal-mart. They are a diaper that is now for day and night, just like the maximum absorbent depends. I love this new incarnation, they feel thicker, and softer that ever before, and they hold about 2 good wettings. they still use the 6 tape system but now the tapes hold better. I would recommend these to anyone plus their cheap (only 8.96 a pack).

Good diaper, overall, but not great. I am in the overnight one right now, and it is too thin. I like the crinkle on the covering, and the fact that it has three tapes. Although there are three tapes, they are of very poor quality. I tried to refasten one and it would not hold at all, very cheap. It is good if you need them on a dime, but i give it a 6/10 overall because of the tapes.

Granted buying wal-mart diapers may sound like your being cheap but when you live on a fixed budget, there's none I found are better. One trick I've learned is to cut the middle out of a cloth diaper (baby) and place it in the assurance, you can wet all night long and never leak. Assurance, a cheap diaper that feels as real as it can.

The Assurance brand is a good diaper, however it has it's faults. The tapes are not really sticky and on occasion have "poped" loose letting the diaper fall to the floor. As the absorbency goes these hold a lot. The urine goes through the padding which turns into a gel "wicking" away moisture.

If you new to wearing diapers and need ones and a decent price these are the ones. They can be bough at any Wal-Mart store for around $9.00 a bag.

I disagree with a few of the reviews here. Some people are saying that these diapers are thick. The Abena X-Plus is a thick diaper. The Molicare Super Plus is a thick diaper. This Wal-Mart diaper is most certainly not a thick diaper. It's not even as thick as an Attends which isn't even thick when compared to the previous mentioned diapers. On my very first wetting this diaper leaked. It appears to be manufactured by Kendall. It has leak guards which is good but if they can't stop leaks because the diaper can't hold much they're not very useful. They're cheap, I'll give 'em that much. Under $9.00 for a bag of 18 large diapers. Compare that to a bag of Molicare Super Plus (large) which is $30 for 14 diapers. I can get 4 to 5 full wettings out of a Molicare Super Plus (and the Abena X-Plus holds even more). I can't even get one good wetting out of the Assurance. For the sake of argument let's be conservative and say I can only get 4 wettings with the Molicare and let's be generous with the Assurance and say I can get one wetting with it. That's 56 wettings with the Molicares and only 18 wettings with the Assurance. If you compare price per wetting the Assurance would come out slightly ahead of the Molicares for the same amount of wettings at $28 per wetting but I'd rather sleep through the night than change my diaper a few times. I often have to get up once or twice at night to pee and if I can just go in my diaper and not have to worry about changing, I get a better nights sleep. YMMV of course. The Abena X-Plus costs less than the Molicares (about 17.99 for 12), and holds about 5+ wettings. At that rate the Abena definitely come out ahead of the Assurance brand in terms of cost.

Not Bad. It's Ok, I Agree with the priced. This actually was my first diaper. I like the color white more of a babyish color like. The crinkle sound, comfortable, The six sided tapes ( good at first use), but the absorbency is not that great so I had to devise something. Put this diaper to use. And wearing only one diaper (for me) now is not good enough as I like to wear two diapers together. I love that bulky feeling, and with two diapers? It really does fit snugly. And looking in the mirror It looks great knowing now I'm really protected. Tip: take one diaper, flip it over so the plastic outing is on the out side. Take a knife and cut holes about 1" right down the middle about 3" apart. So it looks like this - - - - . Then right next to it do the same thing, then do the other side. So you get three cut holes front to bottom. Put or have your diaper put on. Then put another diaper on over it. Double protection. Works really GREAT! So when you wet yourself. Urine will goes through the first to the second instantly and can actually go two or more times in one night. Starts with the groin area, than between legs, finally the butt area. Saturates more. By this time it's morning and your soaked. Time for your diaper change. oh here she comes. And if you still leak? try increments. Diaper inserts on the both sides of waist. Now your DIAPERED! If you hate to un- tape it to have it off? Just pull it off like pull-ups w/o un-taping. It works. Just use enough baby powder when re-applying the diaper. Have fun.

I liked the price, although I thought it was a little thin. didn't like the tapes, they didn't hold as tight or as well as attends do. I do think assurance makes a great diaper double or stuffer. I probably would buy them for that reason, or to use for when I wanted to be discreet with a thin diaper and use extra tape to keep them fastened securely.

I buy these for my mother, who is a fairly large Woman. They come in a size XL, which fits up to hip size 64" (or 66?) whereas Depends brand XL was too tight for her. They have a new super absorbency which seems to do well, and for the price difference (we save about $3 per pack over Depends) they are well worth it.

Heard some other diaper wearers talk about how good these were from another message board, so I decided to try a package. I needed more diapers anyway, so I went ahead and bought them. They look really good once they're put on, but I noticed a big difference after I wet the diaper. Instead of pulling the wetness into the diaper's core, my skin stayed wet for a while. Absorption rate is slow. I kept the same diaper on and took a nap. When I woke up, I wet again and I could tell by feeling the front of the diaper that it wasn't going to hold anymore. The core doesn't distribute wetness like it should, but everything stayed in the front. After sleeping for 2 hours on my back, all of the pee was still in the front of the diaper, it had not distributed to the butt of the diaper like other brands. Nice diaper for fun time, but I think I'll stick with Depend.

I wet these twice without leaking, and the amazing blue zone wicked away the wetness feel quickly. I love the crinkleness of these diapers and the white color of the plastic. These make me feel very secure and babyish all day long. I love wearing two of these together with the inner diaper punctured for leakage into the outer diaper. If you wet more than twice, the bulge will be especially noticeable. Overall, I highly recommend this diaper.

these diapers where changed about 4 months ago and are not as absorbant as that they used to be, im guessing they reduced the padding in them to save money, they are still a good diaper for the price (about $10 for 20), alot of fun to wear and can be very discreet for public use, on the avrage you could have one heavy wetting or several small wettings or just double it up and not have to worry about it at all. I have tride alot of other brands like cvs, osco, walgreens and for the avrage consumer diaper, this one is number one in price and fit. I compare this to a depends but the only diffrences i could find is that these diapers go higher in the back and fit alot better on my body. all and all there not the super diaper you might be looking for but are very good for there price and fit

Each Assurance diaper is a hit and miss. The tapes can be good sometimes, and other times they can be bad. It depends on how you fasten the tapes and how active you are. If you're very active, the tapes usually come undone, so Assurance should be used more for Night-time use. As for leaks, Assurance is not a diaper to flood in. If you flood, there will be leaks. If u gradually let go, it soaks up pretty good and doesnt leak at all. Overall, its a good diaper for the price (at my Walmart it costs 8.97 a pack), but you're probably better off with Abena X-Plus if you want quality.

I haven't found anything in a diaper sold in the stores that I like better than Assurance, sold at WalMart. They are very comfortable, thick and absorbant, wide enough for good coverage and to prevent leaks, and with good leak guards. They seem to have been improved recently, but I can't put my finger on what it is...they just feel different (thicker and softer than before), but the outer cover is definitely different, and the tapes don't tear it anymore when removed if you are intending to put it back on (not changing the diaper). I have tried many others; these are the best!

I bought a pack of Assurance fitted briefs (plastic cover, six tapes), because a lot of people said they were like the Depend Fitted Briefs. I didn't even need to put one on to tell the difference. The Assurance brief has a thinner outer cover which is not as sturdy (nor as noisy) as the cover of a Depend, and they remind me of Walgreen's brand fitted briefs. The absorbant layer is also cheaper, as it is lighter and does not hold up very well. I usually don't wet my diapers, rather I spread lube on my glans and foreskin and "hump" my bed until I orgasm. I can usually have three orgasms in a Depend before the lining begins to break down, however the lining of the Assurance broke down after one load. I read varying reports on the absorbancy of the Assurance brief, so I thought I'd try wetting to test the absorbancy, even though I find it sort of gross. I have a large bladder (I can pee about 40 oz. at a time), so I can make a Depend leak afer two wettings. I wet the Assurance Brief once and was surprised at how well it took it; there were no leaks. I waited a while and tried to wet it again, and halfway through the pee started to flow through the wings and down my legs. So I guess I'd say the absorbancy is slightly less than that of a Depend. The tapes are small and like to pop off more than most diapers. I guess I'd have to say that Assurance fitted briefs are OK if you're tight on cash, but for about $3.50 more you can buy a pack of Depend fitted briefs, which I believe are much better.

I had to buy this diaper because I was on the road and it was all Wal-mart had at the time. I was disappointed with the sizing. I am a 40 waist and all they had was Med, up to a 44. I am very lucky because they barely fit. They pinch a bit in the legs and do not seem to have much freedom of movement. It feels like the tapes will rip out if I sit down to fast. I do love the color of just plain white, very babyish. I also love the sound, this diaper is by no means discrete. I like that a lot.

A very good store brand diaper. I have found that its the ONLY store brand diaper with a leak guard! I can get about 3 or 4 wettings out of it. The material will bunch up and sag to the bottom when wet. IT is very loud. When wet it looks awsome as the pee crawls up the back side. The tapes are very sticky, once there, they are there to stay. Well, looks like I''ve found a good replacement for the Walgreens diapers which now have cloth covers (bummer). Tough to find a retail diaper these days other than depends that still have the plain white plastic outside and these assurance diapers still do :)

Here''s what I have found in my first use of them.

1. The fasteners are suprisingly good for a store brand diaper, much better than the old Walgreen''s diapers.
2. Like most store brand type diapers they run a little on the small side. I have a 34 inch waist however I always buy Large size. The Large size is about a perfect fit in these assurance diapers, even though according to the size chart I should be wearing a medium.
3. Thinner like all store brand diapers, about the same as the Walgreens diapers or any other store brand diaper I have worn.
4. A little less padding coverage in the rear and front as compared to the old Walgreens diapers, however what is there is sufficient.
5. 2 tapes on each side and a waistband.
6. Holds about the same amount of liquid as most other store brand diapers. Seemed to hold well with no leaks after 1 good wetting, however I''m not sure if I would trust them after 2 good wettings.

The major plus for me is these are a great value for what you get. Less than $10 for a 16 pack at Wal-Mart, and gotta love the self checkout stands in the Wal-Mart stores when buying diapers.

The real question is if you use diapers for pleasure or for a real medical reason. These don't hold much of anything if you feel like wetting yourself multiple times, they usually leak a bit on the first time. Messing yourself makes them sag and fit wrong. These only seem reliable for people stuck in bed.

I like them because they are an early warning when your bladder is full and the price is the cheapest. They're a thin brand that feels similar to Depends but they look thicker under your clothes. I find them much more absorbent than Depends but understand how this is a turn off to most AB's out there.

This brand is great for those who are new to wearing diapers and fun for those who only wear them for pleasure. I like them more because they're not very absorbent and I get to be changed often, it's not like the pull up underwear because these are actual diapers that have tapes. I think it's more personal that I like these, they're not my favorite brand and I don't mind leaking every now and then.

CONS
They do feel cheap after wearing good brands. They're better than the hospital brands but they are cheap and you can't reuse the tapes because the plastic falls apart very fast so you have to be careful if you're active. They don't stay on snug and leak frequently. They look cheap and I would only recommend wearing these with plastic underwear because mine usually leak after the first wetting, but I still rate the appearance high because they look similar enough to other quality brands. They feel great under clothing (they crinkle under panties) but the leaks can be a problem. I also don't like the color of them, if they came in other colors (pink or purple) I would like this brand much more.

PROS
They crinkle really loud! I know that some of you out there want to be discrete but I don't! I think they feel great under clothes, which I recommend because these will sag but I haven't had trouble messing myself in them. The price can't be beat, a case will last me months that would usually cost the same as my normal 18 or 24 pack. I've read the reviews but have to admit that I love wearing these to bed and haven't had leak issues like I had with training pants. I have also been told that they're easier to change because they don't hold too much wet or mess and with the price being cheap you're not trying to be too cautious with them.

OVERALL
These are the perfect starter diaper for those who just feel like wearing one, I find them more superior than Depends and the price is the best around. They have the right feel and sound, if you're doing it for pleasure this feels good and crinkles loud. The complaints can be resolved by wearing plastic pants.

I wouldn't recommend this brand if you need to wet yourself frequently but I would recommend this for those who like to crinkle around for all the other reasons.
