I have worn Depends briefs at night with rubber pants and the
Adjustable Protective Underwear daytimes - I just wanted to
move to diapers that could be reused,
I am now wearing the Protective briefs 10.5 oz. daytimes and
the super briefs 40.5 oz. at night - both with vinyl pants over
(they come in colors!) I like blue and pink. At first the plastic
panties were a bit noisy but they work well for me. Being diapered
day and night is a bit of work but I am no longer self-conscious.
I find that diapers have given me a secure feeling and the ability
to go out diapered. I have started to date again and worry about
what will happen when my diapers are discovered. Comco briefs and
diapers work well and the pants are needed. I am protected day
and night and have not been embarassed at all.

I have 3 pair and they are the old green ones they look like 5 pairs of underwear in the middle great soaker pad and no waterproofing a real adult trainer pant!! I use plastic pants with a poise booster and they are set for the night!!

Finally a pull-up that comes in sizes so one can get a good fit. I purchase a size six inches smaller than actual waist size for the same snug fit I get from disposable pull-ups without the leg chaffing. The light weight daytime pull-up give the feel of being diapered without the bulk.
