Largest, thickest and most absorbent stuffers I have seen. Really makes any diaper thirsty enough for overnight wear. Pad is six inches wide and 24 inches long! |

These doublers are so big - they won't fit inside some MEDIUM sized diapers - so beware. Their so long they'll poke out the top and back of some diapers too.. BUT - their awesome, the bag they come in is impressive enough alone (HUGE packs of 40), but they'll really soak up a bunch too :) XP Medical std delivery is around 1 week, but worth every cent :) |

I use 2 of theese in a "snibb" wich is a type of pvc-pants You tie at your hips, traditionaly. This combination is my absolutely favourite in looks and feeling.
I would not mind them being some 5-8cm longer though.
They absorb very well, but when they´ve taken their capacity, they don´t absorb at all. But they take alot.
Pictures on theese diapers are rare, so I will try and upload one mounted on me :) |

The best booster out there. As a long time AB/DL, I highly suggest this product. I buy it regularly, and reccomend it with any diaper you wear. It is long, but that means; all the more absorbent material. It is designed for Abena products, but still works well with Molicare and Attends. Keep on diapering guys. Will. |

I had high hopes for these boosters, but was sorely disappointed. Although they start out thick, they contain NO polymers, so when they get wet, they shrink and feel wet. I use Moliform Super pads as soakers, and they are WAY more absorbant than these pads.
I might even go so far as to say that a Depend Boost pad holds more wetness.
These are only good for making a diaper really thick when dry..... |

The length of this booster pad has already been clearly stated. It's capacity, particularly with an Abena Abriform X plus, are amazing! If you are a HEAVY wetter, this combination will make you feel safe and secure. As for comfort and appearance, it obviously thickens up a disposible and makes it feel much more like a trustworthy diaper. I've only tried these boosters so I nothing to compare them too other than my experiences with cloth diapers. These boosters help give the feel and performance of double cloth diapers but that makes them unsuitable for discrete daytime wear. |

I have to agree with the comment about them not having any polymers. They would kill with some diaper gel, but sadly they are just mulch. I usually wear 2 at a time with my attends, and where leaks are somewhat expected, I actually found that I''''m better off with just the diaper, no booster... Must try something else. |

I''ve found these to be perfect with an Attends diaper (the kind with the elastic waist). They thicken up the diaper substantially and make it feel and look like a plastic baby diaper from the ''80s. Plus, if you fasten the tapes right, you can even get it to fit like a baby diaper.
The fact that they don''t contain polymers makes them work very well for distributing the wetness throughout the diaper, and means the diaper can get almost completely wet inside without leaking. (Some disposables don''t do that so well.) |

Incredible diaper doubler!!! I added to my Abena X-Plus (med) and it almost doubled the thickness of an already awesome diaper. Fit perfectly in the X-Plus (length AND width). Won't be without them ever again, I am so happy!!!! |

First, a brief description. Abri-let maxi booster pads are some of the biggest I've used - 24" by 6". They fit wonderfully in Abenas or Dry 24/7, but they are a bit too wide for more generic diapers.
These pads have no super absorbent polymer in them, they're basically just pulp. They don't swell up at all when wet. Compared to other pads, it doesn't absorb quite as much - the six inches in the middle will absorb about 400 mL total before being saturated. Reasonably, the entire pad may hold at most 600-800 mL during normal use. I thought this was a bit strange at first and couldn't understand why Abena would make such a product, but after trying it out some more, I feel like the pads are better at quickly absorbing liquid and then letting the liquid flow through. Even when saturated, Abri-let seems to let any more liquid flow right through to the diaper underneath. In my experience, other pads with absorbent gel in them tend to absorb very slowly when they're full and will let urine leak out.
All around, these pads are very comfortable. They have the nice benefit of starting off very thick, so I love to use them as extra padding to give that extra bit of waddle. This also means that trying to wear these and go out in public would be impractical. Overall, these are my second favorite booster pad. My favorites are still Tranquility Contour Plus pads.
