Just got these diapers in the mail. Alot smaller than the Abri-Wings. Half the size. First off Medium size diapers will fit 36 inch waist. Large is huge.... really can not make a good rating on the Capacity.
The diaper is good for outings though, if you can get past the tapes rubbing against your skin. Diaper is quiet...
Try them out and see what you think... however I will keep using the original ABRI-WING diapers.... |

Diapers are good, not too fond of the tapes.... they rub against your skin. |

I personally like these diapers,i found if you use a goodnight,as a soaker, you can reuse the diaper a couple of times,i like added soakers, the bulk is so g-------ood,but''i have to say they can become rather expensive,at over a $1.00 a piece, but''nothing is too good for this baby boy, and, for my playmates. |

OK- these have been changed SUBSTANTIALLY since the original Abri-Wing came out. It seems to be (mostly) for the better. The belt is now much narrower, and allows fro more air to pass over my skin. These are more comfortable than before, with a thick but soft center panel that is very absorbent. Good wicking action up the front- not so good up the back.
The velcro tabs on the center panel are just as tall as the belt [anel is, so unless you get them aligned perfectly, they will leave raw spots on your lower abdomen. It''''s better to set them just a little bit higher on the belt. Oh- they run a tad small in size. I had been wearing mediums in the old style (36 in. waist), and now I am using a Large.
Overall, I rate these very high- my favorite protection when out and about. I am not AB/DL- just an incon who gets along. So I have no desire for baby-ish stuff- just a diaper that works well for an active adult who wants to remain active. |

Only wear this diaper if you don't want to feel secure. It literally, is probably the worst design for a diaper I have ever seen. It makes no sense. You put on the wings like a belt, and pull the diaper up to the front and fasten the incredibly uncomfortable tapes on the belt part. Also, there are barely any sides to this diaper! It feels so loose and... unsafe. After putting it on, I immediately was confident that it would leak, so I cut slits in it and used as a booster for another type of diaper. That's how confident I felt about it, I only trusted it as a booster. |
