These are a good basic well made nappy. It however wasn't mind blowing although I was only able to get the extra capacity so that should be kept in mind. I really cant criticise the quality or the tapes, the breathable sides are a nice touch but being a dl I like the plastic all round anyway. The plastic is thin, smooth and quiet....actually it's amazingly quiet and this has both pros and cons for me. I like crinkly noisy plastic on my nappies, but I am also not someone who likes people to know I'm wearing one so depending on where I am these can be good. Usual Molicare print on plastic, tapes have a stretch feature that I am not sure about yet but I still like Tena slip and Contifit maxi more, I also like Depends for the noisy plastic, but these will have a place for me too. |

Molicare''s new Active Air Premium look and sound promising. The mesh sides should be comfortable and allow air to circulate and Molicare plastic is attractive and comfortable. But oh dear, they are terrible. The mesh sides don''t stretch, so they are difficult to fit and the diaper ends up sliding down my bum after wearingfor a short time. The tapes have failed and the lower blue tape peels away from the upper white tape. The mesh has also failed. The padding is as stiff as cardboard and the Extras have a really pathetic capacity, soaking on a small wet and overflowing on subsequent wetting. Worse, they are not cheap, I paid 19.99 GB Pounds + VAT for 28. Avoid. |

Although the rated capacity is huge, the reality is far different! This diaper barely manages to hold 600ml without leaking. The tapes are an improvement on the old Molicare Super, but you will not go the night or even 4 hours without a change.
It is thin but quickly bulks up when wet. It also tends to get very hot. You can do much better than this one |

I use the active air super which are great. The tapes are a great design but take some getting used to - they feature a purple elasticated section which provides a constant tight fit once fastened in a stretched position. The white top section of the tape is also seperable from the lower blue part which allows opening and re-closure / fine tuning of fit.
These diapers are also great to use when you are more active. They are really thin until wet which is great for work / sport (although not so great if you want a comforting bulge) and also breathable so you don''t get too sweaty / hot.
The capacity is also great on the supers. I had to go 4 full wets without a change and they didn''t let me down. In fact, these diapers have never leaked on me.
Highly recommended! |

I use the Molicare Air Active Super nappies 24x7 and have had very few leaks occur! I think that they are one of the best products out there! I have double incontinence and they are able to ''contain'' my bowel leakages without any problems! |
