The Abri-form brief is very comfortable, and absorbent. It has dual tape tabs so you can refasten the brief if needed. |

By far this is the best diaper I have ever worn. It is twice as thick as a Molicare when it gets wet and holds a lot more as well. I wore mine all night and all the next day without changing it and had no leaks. The absorbent material inside this diaper is identical to what is put in pampers and swells so nicely when wet, giving you that heavy, bulky, diaper feeling between your legs. I am sold on this diaper and will forever be a faithful customer of any company who will carry this brand at an affordable price...Move over Molicare, there is a new diaper in town!! |

The good: very thick, very absorbent, white, plastic outer covering. The bad: only two tapes, tapes do not hold very well. I'm not sure if it's me just being used to a 3 tape per side design or what, but I just can't get as snug a fit with these diapers as I can with say an Attends. Every single time I've put on the diaper as snugly as possible I find that, over time, at least one of the tapes pulls off of the rear portion of the diaper! Without fail! This problem is solved with some packing tape, but I'm amazed that there isn't more of the tape that comes pre-taped to the rear portion of the diaper. All in all the diaper is not quite as comfortable to actively wear around as an Attends....if only Attends and Abena could get their heads together to make the perfect diaper! |

Unbelievably thick diaper, poor construction, no elastic waistband, which would make these diapers perfect. They are the diaper which points mostly to the baby diaper that we all seek. very absorbent, definitely the most absorbent I have yet found, However difficult to get hold of. But i will definitely be purchasing more of them. |

Hey.. I got this diaper in a trial pack. and boy what a diaper.. for those of you who like bulk this is a great diaper.. The fit is not the best, i found the medium to small and the large, left gaps between my legs.. which meant slight leakage.. They hold over 600ml more liquid that the best Tena brand, collecting a total of 3100 ml. they are a good bulky diaper. but lack the security of Tena. one of these diapers with a Abena x pad, will satisfy the wettest of people. with in excess of 6200ml for the both.. great diaper shame about the fit... |

Ugh. The new green bags contain a slightly redesigned diaper from the older blue bags. Big mistake Abena. Less padding, thinner, less capacity. They've removed padding to the sides at the front. Now why would anyone do that to a night-time diaper? They're hardly cheap either. Damn shame. |

After seeing the reviews for this diaper, I am inclined to agree that this new version is sub-par with the previous diaper. Especially since the diaper doesn't fit quite right anymore, now that they removed all the padding. Oh well, 'guess its back to Molicare for now. They at least know what a diaper should feel like, though not what it should look like. |

According to websites these diapers are the most absorbent out there. I put them through my own rigorous testing. I'd had to say absorbency is wonderful but the tapes are garbage. You can get the tapes to fasten but they have a tendency of ripping off at the base of the tape. They are white, which is wonderful and the plastic is soft. And if you wear more than one they are super thick between your legs and you can wear them for a day or two without fear of leakage. These are one of the best diapers I have tried. I give them an "B" overall. Or an 8 out of 10 rating. But make sure you have some duct tape and you will be set with them. |

Wow. These are by far the best diapers that I have ever used. They seem to hold more than Molicare and the tapes hold a lot better than the Molicare. I have worn these for 10-12 hours at a time without a leak. They are very thick and feel great between your legs. The only problem that I have found is that after several wettings, these diapers won't take a flooding. They will take countless little wettings, but flooding a wet one will leak. |

When possible, I wear pre-folded gauze diapers. When traveling, I wear Abri-Form, X-Plus. For better protection when in bed, I wear a pair of plastic pants over the diaper. I purchased my last disposables from Drugstore.com. They provided excellent service with my diapers arriving two to three days after I placed the order. |

Wow, I am sitting here typing this review in an unbelievably saturated diaper from the good Danish folk at Abena. These are far and away the most leak proof diapers I have worn. Absolutely love the wide crotch to give that completely covered feeling. The thickness, ... oh, the thickness. Anyone who has only worn depends or equivalent, TRY these. The Refastenable tapes is a good thing, but even so they need reinforcement (the tapes would give way before the diaper leaked I Think) if you plan on pushing this diaper to capacity. Got to go now, just soaked through, time for a change. |

WOW!!! Wow Wow Wow! These are wicked awesome! Massive amount of bulk when dry, and bulk up even more when wet! I'm already 12 hours in my first one, and it's only at about half capacity!!! I started in it overnight, and had the great big morning wet in it...doesn't seem to have affected it much at all! A bit pricey, but WELL worth it if you like a FAT diaper! |

Abri-Form X-Plus is by far the best diaper I have ever used. It's amazingly thick, incredibly absorbent and great quality. It takes effort to make this diaper leak! It's perfect for extended wear (I often wear for 10-12 hours), traps odor and feels dry to the skin when you're wet! Well worth the price, a case lasts a long time. |

It is ok but I will recommend Molicare Super Plus The tapes don't hold good but good for daytime use not really a night diaper because the night I wore one to bed the tapes came undone they ripped from the back end of the diaper If you don't have the Abri-Form X-Plus Brand Diaper on good enough it will give you a diaper rash ( EVEN LOOSE ) |

Living in Canada, one is somewhat limited by choice of what diapers are available. Most places either carry Attends, Attends 10 or Depends Overnight or generic store brands. It took a lot of effort to even find Tena Super Overnight. I've tried them all. Recently I found a company in Quebec (B4NS) that carries Abena Abri-Form X-Plus diapers imported from a US supplier. I've heard about these diapers a while ago and how they compared to the Molicare for absorbency. The Molicare while very absorbent have two negatives.. they are purple and the tapes are terrible for popping at the most inconvient times. When I compare the two best absorbent diapers I've found, the Molicare's (very good) and the Tena Super Overnights (excellent), I find the Abri-Form X-Plus is even better. The X-Plus also has some other excellent benefits, they have a white backing (like the Attends) and they feel identical to the old style paper type Pampers. Secondly, the 4 tapes hold very well even while fully soaked and finally they fit far better than any other diaper that I've tried. These are the most babyish, thickest, thirsty, most comfortable diapers I've ever had the pleasure of wetting! |

These are really the best disposables I have ever worn. These are really thirsty diapers, you can probably wear these for half a day, including overnight, and still have no leaks. They are wonderfully thick, and absorb a lot. Downside, the tapes are a 2-tape system and if you don't put them on right the first time, they don't fit well. Also, the plastic tends to stretch after a while and can feel loose, especially after sleeping in them. The medium diapers fit me well, but, the large diapers are HUGE and can probably fit a very large person. These are the largest disposables I have seen. They can be expensive unless you can get them on sale. |

Very absorbent and quite comfortable. Big disadvantage is the tapes. They tend to come undone and there is only 4. Pity they can't get a better system for tapes such as on the Tena Maxi type. They would also be better with elastic front and back. Worth trying, however. |

This is a great diaper, it has 2 pairs of refastenable (double) tapes on each side which actually stay stuck even after leaving behind the first tape and refastening. The outer cover is very strong and quiet. it does have quite a bit of blue and yellow printing down the middle which serves as a wetness indicator. It's very absorbent even tho I like to wear the small instead of the medium. |

My two favorite night time diapers are the Molicare Super Plus and the Abena Abri-Form X-Plus. The X-Plus holds slightly more than the Molicare Super Plus and it is without a doubt one of the thickest (if not the thickest) disposables out there (it's definitely thicker than the Molicares). Padding in the front extends nicely to the sides. I usually get about 4 to 5 full wettings out of this diaper and can easily go for 12 to 14 hours without a change. The downside... The tapes aren't as strong as the Molicares and if you tape them too tight they will pull away from the plastic. For a night time diaper I don't find this to be a big problem as I'm not moving around but for this reason I would not want to wear them as a daytime diaper. Your best be there is the Molicare Super (thin, more discreet) or the Molicare Super Plus. |

These diapers are AMAZING! I ordered some along with a body stocking and mesh pants that Abena also make, and oh my god! I feel so baby-like! The diapers themselves are fairly thick (though not incredibly so), and they're really thirsty - the first diaper I've found that can keep up with my wetting! The tapes seem strong enough, and I really like the slightly rubbery feel to the plastic (I don't think the plastic is too thin as someone else said). The combination of the diaper and the bodystocking is just out of this world - the diaper is held perfectly snugly against your body so you don't feel like you have to keep re-adjusting it! In case you're interested, I bought the diaper, bodystocking and pants from Beaucare Medical ( http://www.beaucaremedical.co.uk/ ) who were great - really quick and discreet. I'm in heaven! |

These are great diapers especially for night time use as they hold lots - certainly the best I've found. They're a bit bulky for day time use, but it depends what you like. They last a long time between changes so if Mummy or Daddy don't want to change you for a while these are the ones. I always use any disposable with plastic pants and these are best that way. The only drawback is when they are taken off wet the filling often falls out so you have to be careful it doesn't go everywhere - a small price to pay for such a good diaper. |

I've tried Molicare and found the sides uncomfortable, and they leak easily! I then tried Attends, 9 & 10 and although much more comfortable, they also leaked! Now, having tried Abena x-plus I find them more comfortable and absorbent than Molicare and Attends put together! There are one or two other brands I might try but I daresay I will always come back to my first love - Abena x-plus! |

I've tried Attends, Depends, and the Walgreen's store brand, but Abri-Form X-plus is hands down the best diaper I've ever worn. I ordered these, plus a package of the Abri-Let Maxi diaper doublers (and I highly recommend the combination) from XP Medical. They are extremely thick between the legs, making me waddle when I walk; a nice, babyish white; and they hold SO MUCH pee-pee!! Being a baby boy, I wet the front of my diaper, and I love the way these will wick the wetness back so baby can have a nice wet bottom. I like to really soak my diaper, so I always wear plastic pants over disposables, in case of any leaks. The very first time I used the X-plus + Maxi combination, I was blown away at changing time when the inside of my plastic pants was completely dry -- first time I ever met a diaper I couldn't make leak. Another feature I love about these, that I haven't seen anyone else mention, is that the wetness indicator turns very dark when baby is wet. It's very obvious, and makes it even more humiliating that I cant hide the fact that I'm wet from my daddy. The only negative I've found, is that, like a lot of other reviewers, I have found that the tapes don't hold very well. However, that is easily fixed by over-taping with some clear packing tape. These are probably the most expensive diaper I've worn, but I find them more than worth the money. |

Wow! I got a couple samples of these awhile ago and tried one of them right away. I loved the thickness and I've heard lots about their legendary absorbency, but I never really put them to the test until today. I had a day off work and the house to myself, so I pulled out the other X-Plus I'd been saving for a day like this, loaded up with lots of water, and let loose all morning. By the time these things leaked they must have weighed five pounds! Honestly, if I wore them out of the house I'd have change them just because of the bulk before I worried about a leak. It looked like I was smuggling groceries in my pants! I thought the tapes were fine, but forget about adjusting them. Where they stick is where they stay. I also wish they had six tapes instead of four. Come on, Abena, if Depend can do it, you can too. |

I have tried Abri form x plus they are great, and they are thick soft and are a great fit, now for the down side the tapes are useless I have tried many many times and they always break away from the back, I still cannot believe that the manufacturer has not addressed this problem, the other thing is why do they put the blue writing all over the diaper if there product is so good why do you need to print it everywhere ? if only there was a real thick white plain diaper I know some will say attend are plain and white true but not thick enough. so I stick to Molicare. |

Abena makes great diapers. The Abri-form Super is just slightly thinner than the Extra but I found them to be just as thirsty. The tapes hold quite well and you can re-fasten them if you need to because of the dual tape setup that is prevalent on a lot of European diapers today. The large size is green, which is a drawback, but overall a good diaper. |

A very thick, thirsty, comfortable diaper. I loved it. The only problem that I found was that the liner sheet separated from the filling, and the backsheet upon trying to change. That made for one heck of a mess. It was very thick, I really enjoyed that part, If it wasn't for the separation, I would definitely buy them again. |

I have been using these nappies now for a while and they have become my preferred choice. There have been a few hits and misses over the year I have been buying them. It seems that they are making constant changes to the product which is a good thing, but there have been a few shockers as well. On some that I have tried the tapes have been a disgrace, literally tearing at the tape seam and ruining the tape. It was a real design floor with the product, I complained to Abena and the last 3 cartons I have purchased have been great, it seems that this is a thing of the past. The old ones were also too narrow around the seat making for easy leaks. No problems with the tapes these days and a nice yellow wetness indicator and a fuller seat. There is an elastic waist band that makes it easy to get a good fit. But my very favorite part of the nappy is the fact that the padding is very high at the front. Unlike many other diapers these will not leak out over the top. Being a boy bedwetter this design feature works very well. On the plus side, Abena seem very committed to regularly improving their products and they do take the feedback seriously unlike some other manufacturers that will persist with design flaws for a long time. As long as they remain as good as they are now, I would recommend these nappies as the best available on the market. Though buyers should be careful about buying old stock. Look for a date on the pack of after January 2005, avoid any made in 2004. |

I've just got my second pack of Abri-Form X-Plus diapers, and they're very different to the first lot I got 6 months ago. They're still a good, comfortable fit, but a fair bit thinner/lighter so you don't feel quite so well padded, and the waterproof layer is more crinkly and doesn't feel as plasticy :-( Amazingly they seem to be even more absorbent than before... because they've discovered some incredible substance that literarily seems to make wetness disappear - I hardly know that I'm wearing a diaper no matter how wet it is. This is a really incredible improvement for people who are genuinely incontinent but terrible for us adult babies that like to feel how babyish we are ;-). Bring back the old X-Plus!!! |

I have used everything from a pharmacy private label disposables to Depends and Attends products, and then to Molicare Super Plus diapers. Nothing compares to the Abri-Form X-Plus. I can wet repeatedly all night or for many hours and nothing leaks through. They are so thick and fluffy that they feel great on as well. I also occasionally poo in them and use laxatives and enemas to increase volume and liquidity. They hold up fine to that too. Last summer I sat on my back patio (very private) surfing the net on my laptop and pooing out an entire bottle of Castor Oil. I was out there for nearly 6 hours with only one diaper change. After about three hours, the first Abri-Form X-Plus was so filled with poo and pee that it started to ooze out of the waistband and souil my patio chair. After about two more hours, the second Abri-Form X-Plus had to come off, it would have held more, but I had to stop when I developed a very painful rash. After an equally painful shower and cleaning I was back in another Abri-Form X-Plus. They are THE BEST! |

I've tried other diapers for my incontinence and the Abena X-Plus is best. It's very thick and absorbs a lot of wetness. I just use some clear packing tape and that helps out. Even with weak tapes, I still think it's a great diaper for heavy wetters like me. |

[super] Having used X-Plus Medium before, I was very impressed by the absorbancy. However, I discovered that I can get a case of 56 Supers for the price of 42 X-Plus so I thought I'd give them a try. Brilliant. These nappies are slimmer in profile and wear well under jeans etc. For daytime wear they are great and easily absorb 2 large wets and a poo with no leaking. Haven't tried them for nighttime use yet, but will use one tonight. |

I am wearing one right now, for the first time. I have pee'd steadily in it for the last 2.5 hours and what an absorbent diaper. I wore it to work without plastic pants and holy, I won't need to change it until I get home...I hope, I didn't bring a spare. Better than Depends, Tena or any generic one. Loving it |

All around, a fantastic diaper. Super absorbent, nice thickness and color. The two-tape system can lead the diaper to sag after many wettings, and the medium size is a bit snug on my 34" waist. I may try the large size next time. But overall, A+. Best I've tried yet. |

As an Ab caregiver it is important to have access to a good diapers, and that's what these are. The X plus is not a brief, it is a diaper and when you put your baby into one they will now it. First of all the padding is thick enough that you can keep them in it for hours (10-12 is not unreasonable). It is so thick you can see that your baby is wearing them under almost any pants and many skirts. You can open the tapes least once to check you baby or adjust a toy in their diaper. They have a white smooth cover that looks babyish but looks even better with a few stickers. The bad thing is that if you have a baby that likes to rub him or her self through their diaper the padding shifts allot. As well there is no stretchy waistband, so if you have a severe bed wetter you might end up washing an onesie. I have installed a waistband from a disposable brief using adhesive transfer tape as and experiment and it worked well (basically a 1986 Huggies or luvs that fits 28 to 43 hips and twice as thick for the size with 4 tapes). Finally the cost, but they generally better then two diapers together and thus cheaper. I ordered from b4ns.com in Canada (No nosey customs officers) and the service was great, and discrete. Now only if they had that fresh baby diaper scent (check out diaperstation.com) if you can't us cloth these are the next best things. |

These Diapers are the greatest. They are very thick and can hold a good amount of soaking. I like the X-plus because it's the thickest Diapers on the market and they sure hold a lot. The only bad side of this, is the tapes are not reusable and they don't stick after you taped them on. |

These Diapers are on par with the more expensive Tena maxis, they are thick and hold a good nights worth of abuse. They do tend however to have weak straps but use plastic pants for support and use one as a soaker inside then you have a fantastic white reliable diaper. The cost of these over rule all other makes, cheap not nasty and WHITE what more do we want |

I usually wear the "super" version and they work great. My wife puts me in these while I'm at work so I didn't the thickness of the biggest diaper. These still absorb alot. I used to use Attends until they went to h#l!. While the attends fit great, after a while, I finally figured out how to get the to fit very comfortably. |

great absorbancy, "ok" fit... can't get the thing to fit right after a few heavy wets. it fits great when dry, but the tapes/waistband seem to stretch after wetting. main thing i wish with both this and the air plus is that they get it right over at the abri-form manufacturing plant,, and give the X+ and Air+ a full elastic waistband (latex-free of course, b/c i know there's peeps out there allergic to the latex stuff). gotta run. hope someone tells abena about the waistband idea, lord knows i been blowin' UP their email and message boards and such, telling them to add the elastic waistband. help me out here friends. hit 'em up ask for the waistband!!! |

I'm on my third bag of these. While they are good, they are not the best ones on the market.
Problems:
1. The tapes continue to be a problem -- they don't hold tightly, and they cause the diaper to be looser than I want.
2. The "X-Plus Large" in ugly green type up and down the center takes away from what could have been a very realistic diaper.

This diaper I heard of before and never really tried it before till I bought mines off ebay a few weeks ago. I like to wear two diapers at once so I was really protected overnight. Loved it, but there really expensive. Great protection. No leaks. The tapes could be a little better. I wish it was plain white, latex free. I be wanting to buy another pack right away! hehehe. |

Tried these for the first time a few weeks ago. Before these i often used the Molicare super plus and thought they were the bomb. Well the x-plus are much better. Shortly after i got them i was lying on my stomach with the johnson pointed down and took the mother of all bladder voids. Thought for sure they would leak out the top or in the croutch like the super plus would. Much t my surprize and delight they did not leak at all. Very comfy and fit me well. Would highly recommend to someone who likes to wait until their bladder is scraming in pain before they like to let it go into a nappy to get this one. |

The Abriform X-Plus is by far the most absorbant diaper out there. The only thing that keeps it from being the perfect AB diaper is that it doesn't look like a baby diaper and the tapes won't hold. The tapes won't hold while it is dry. I suggest the use of some other tape to reinforce the ones on the diaper. |

I have tried different types of disposable diapers. Like Depends and the Assurance brands, but nothing compares to Abri-Forms X-plus. Even though the other brands have a better tape system and elastic in the front the X-plus still held up against leaks and very comfortable; with a 6-ply protection. I recommand this disposable diaper b/c you don't have to change as much and of course comfort. I rate it a 9 out of 10. |

I was really diassapointed with this diaper. I read all these reviews and decided that they sounded great. When I put one on for the first time i found that it didn't fit well at all. I like my disposables to feel snug around my croth area but these felt really baggy. I would suggest that people who can almost squeeze into a small size in other diapers should definately fit into these in small size. I think their sizing recommendations are way out. One thing is for sure, they hold a hell of a lot! Unfortunately their is no elastic waist band so it tends to leak out of the top. Noise factor was good considering their thickness. The tapes held really well for me. No chance of refastening them though which would have been helpful because they get really heavy after 5 wettings. |

I use the Super briefsand they were great for my everyday needs! Comfort was good enough, capacity was wonderful for day trips and could even be used at night sometimes. Leaks, I only had a few, and noise was minimal. The green color that I got wasn't very nice (I like plain white) but I believe they are now white. Fasteners were good, but I could only refasten them once. Overall great for during the day, although I must say the absorbency of the x-plus is great for at night. |

This diaper is probly the thickest around and is way comfy. I do wish there were some gel in it though. I enjoy a nice wet diaper that i can squish in. When these get wet they get somewhat harder instead of mushier. Thats the only downfall from my point -- i'll continue to wet the one i'm in! |

by far the best diaper i have ever tried, this is my 2nd review of these diapers. still my usual complaint--- needs better tapes and tape landing zone,, and needs a *FULL elastic waistband (like the depend overnights) --latex-free elastic tho, b/c like i said in my other review, some peeps R allergix to latex.
help me get on the abena website and tell them they need to fix these issues #1 tapes and tape-landing zone needs improvement. and #2 the elastic waistband. thanx y'all |

I must say Abena has improved since I brought my last packet.
The outer of the nappy has more plastic and is much loader (nice).
The tapes seem to stick a lot better.

#1 MUST HAVE DIAPER FOR MAJOR WETTERS!!!!!This is a good diaper, but needs more color. Tapes need more stickness or a better tape system. You can wet all day long and you don't have to change and it is very cheap. Compare to the Molicares and other diapers the abena x plus is the best, but it still need a tape change. Because the tape on the right side comes undone easily. |

Clearly the most discussed adult diaper within the AB/DL culture, The Abena M4 is my favorite diaper and for a reason.
Comfort: The comfort of this diaper isn't really something you think about. WHen I wear an M4, I put it on and forget it. But that can also be a good thing, as I don't want to have to worry about someone seeing my diaper.
Capacity: The capacity of the M4 is something I've been testing for a while. This is a diaper with a mortality, if you will. Compared to Bambino's Bellisimo diaper, the M4 does not compare. The M4 will leak after a while, and the sap may bunch together, but I want to know when I need to change, and the indicators (very useful) tell me this. They hold a lot, don't get me wrong, but they could hold me. If you point down first, and fill the bottom and back, you still have a bathroom later on when you point up.
Leaks: Leaks will occur, but most are user errors. I've had leaks when; the tapes we're tight enough, the leak guards were given no attention, and I was careless enough not to change. As long as you are aware of how much you've peed, you'll rock this diaper!
Noise: The crinkles of this diaper start before It's gotten wet. The noise is noticeable but, keep your pants on, and you'll be good.
Looks: As a strict DL, The looks are Professional-as-fuck! A very simple pattern which takes up the whole diaper, the two parallel lines ands the curvy lines give the diaper a classy look to them. Those who are only DLs will love this diaper.
Fasteners. They give you a second chance for a reason. Don't bother trying to undo the first tapes, as making that mistake will rip the plastic shell.
8/10, I would wear this diaper if I had a large shell of them. This is a diaper you want to wear during holiday shopping sprees, with a backpack containing a change or two. |
