I've worn these terry-lined diapers 24/7 for the past five years. I initially got them for night use, but like them so much that I wear them all the time now. They have 6 layers of cotton flannel and 2 layers of terry through the crotch and front and back pads. These diapers are available with a poly soaker, but I prefer the terry soaker because I have urge incontinence and need the superior absorbency. When you first pull these diapers on, you know that you are protected. I have only had a couple of minor leaks in the past five years. They are really comfortable too, because the padding has plenty of coverage. I use polyurethane (euroflex) plastic panties over my diapers. Polyurethane can be noisy, but only I can hear them under my jeans. I buy my jeans a couple of inches larger, and no one seems to notice diaper bulge. The diapers have worn pretty well, but the elastic in the waist eventually gives out. The flannel cover over the elastic also wears through. I may just sew some elastic over the waistband and keep wearing them, because otherwise, they still work and look great. These diapers are like thick training pants and are available in white, pastel colors, and prints.
