The training panty hold my pee and diarrhea very well and don't show through any of my clothes. They look almost like regular panties. I used to wear goodnights and then when I was going into junior high I would have to dress in front of other girls in gym. Same thing with high school. The also don't let any smell out either. They look so much like regular underwear and feel like regular underwear that people don't notice that I have pooped my self. People don't even notice it is a diaper even while I cheerlead. These are great for you girls that are embarrassed about wearing diapers.
