I just love these diapers!! They look like baby diapers (white in medium), do not leak unless really flooded, and are not too quiet/noisy. When used with a booster, most of my babies do not need to be changed until morning. |

I have used others but these are the best. They are white like baby diapers. They hold a lot of wetness and with a booster will last throughout the night without a changing. I love to put one on with a onzie and suck on my bottle. Very babyish. |

These, and Attends are my favorite diapers. The padding is very thick and absorbent and covers my entire bottom. The front has reinforced taping areas that make repositioning easy. The extra padding in the back is great for those (like me) who regularly poop in their diapers. |

Well. I've tried a lot of diapers. These crinkle a lot, Are totally bulky and are always available on ebay for about 20.00 + Shipping. Not afraid to spend more for other styles, These just are loud, hold up to leaks, Hold a fair amount, and are full in size. |

I've tried lots of brands but these rank pretty high. You can get a case on eBay pretty cheap. These will hold 1 huge wetting at night. Very comfy, and for the price I got them for they can't be beat. |

Nu-Fit Style the pros: makes lots of noise under cloths; and has a bulky fit. the cons: it isn't very absorbent, and has a tendency to leak (because of the fit, I think). I bought a package of 12 for $10; and so far every one I've worn has leaked. I found myself at the grocery store with two large wet spots on the seat of my pants, after just one wetting. I do not recommend this diaper, unless you're just wearing it around the house; and can deal with the fit. |

These diapers are pretty good! Never used them before and am impressed. They are white, as a diaper should be, and they crinkle nicely! They are very comfortable and they are fairly cheap, I paid 12 bucks for 18 pack. I would highly recommend them!! Two thumbs up! |

First- I want to start by saying that they must have changed the design, because when I buy Prevail Overnight Breifs, the bag contains diapers with a cloth like covering. It must be a new feature.
My review: These diapers seem to hold a lot of pee. Two regular wettings and a full blown morning flood without a drop touching my pajamas. They do a good job of holding in odors. They come in different colors according to your size. The diapers are cottony and vented on the sides. I like this so I don't sweat at night. These still use tapes, not velcro. There is a plastic "landing zone" in the front for the tapes. They seem to hold OK. There is very little noise, and could be worn in public without detection, except they like to puff up when you pee in them- not a problem at home.
Prevail needs to make this diaper like this with a waist band. Also, the website claims that there are stand-up leg cuffs, there aren't(at least not in any bags I've been buying). |

These are my most favorite diaper, mainly because they look and feel identical to the 80's and 90's style LUVS and Huggies. The plastic is white and absorbant. However, you are not going to be able to get more than two good wettings into it before you start having leaks. That point is the reason why I always add a Huggie Ultratrim and a diaper double. Together they add the perfect amount of needed thickness to an otherwise must have diaper.
Mommy is always slapping my hands because I can never stop stroking the plastic on these diapers....mmmmmmmmmm

I wasn't very impressed with this diaper. Sure, it has an elastic waist-band, but that doesn't really impress me much, as I am a faithful Tena (Ultra Brief) user, and none of their products have waist-bands.
Anyways... there's a "tape landing zone" --but it's nowhere near as good as the landing zone you'll find on Tena diapers; it only covers the side of the diaper where the tapes are assumed to land--if you're skinny like myself (32" waist/155lbs), then the tapes might land on the diaper a little outside of the zone.
The fit wasn't so great--very similar to how Tranquility's fit. The absorbency was pretty sub-par as well, as far as my experience with "night time" diapers goes. It leaked on me as I slept (and I HATE waking up with cold/wet spots around me, ugh!)
As someone who is diaper-dependent (24/7 - due to nerve damage), I just haven't had good experiences with generic diapers (I would NEVER use Depends, Attends, or any drug store brand, EVER), as they're never absorbent enough, have a tendency to be noisy (not something I enjoy or look for in a product), and just aren't worth my time or money -- nothing embarrasses me more than when my diaper leaks (which of course, doesn't happen with Tena's)... |

Prevail Overnights are the worst adult diapers that I wore in my 10+ years of a diaper lover.
Disadvantages: Medium fit sizes barely cover all the waist. The only way to prevent leaks and add to capacity is to put boaster pads in them. Not as thick as I usually like them.
Advantages: They have a spectacular tape system that I ever seen. You can refasten the tapes up to 5x's. The poly outer plastic feels smooth and sleak. There not to noisy or quiet.
I would recommand these diapers for people who wet once and change right after that because you'll be swimming in your own piss. I would get a size big. for example, say your a medium you'll have to get a large to make them fit. |

My review concerns the Prevail Adult Briefs. I find these to be excellent diapers, except for the enclosure tapes, these SUCK. The bag says resealable tapes, but this is not true,
the reality of the enclosure tapes is this: for each tape, you get One stick. That's all.
Other than the tapes, I love this particular diaper, I think I will stick to using this diaper only.

they fit good, they fill like you have a diaper on ,unlike depends, for me i cam use theses baout 1 or twice at a time, the cost of them are good about 13.00 dollars or so.
I wish they were thicker and could hold more, I like the noisi they make you know its a diaper.
I can not lay on my frount with out them leaking, but its like that with all diapers,
I have not trad the thick cluth diapers yet? THEY cost to much for me right now. |

I usually do not like diapers with only two tapes per side. These are an exception to the rule. They fit well and are quite comfortabe. The leakage barriers do a great job of containing the wetness. I tried them once before and don''t remember liking them. Now I do. I would definetly use them if I can''t find Attends. Close second to Attends. |

to those who dont know.. yes they did change designs. first off.. the prevail PM have different colors depending on size and are cloth like now. so if your prevail is white and plastic, than it is not the PM. it absorbs ALOT i have a 32" waist but i have a large butt. so i wear the large. i get alot more protection out of this and i like the blue/green color they have. the only thing i would change is the leak guards.. the diaper absorbs more than it should so the leak guards dont really mean anything. but some kind of raised guard like a huggies would be ideal.. other than that.. these are going to be the bang for your money. and attends dont hold as much as these do. *sorry but truth* i have done the tests.. also.. if you do not drink much water than these absorb more for people like you.. most of the other diapers i have tried seem as if the makers use water as a test.. urine is not the same.. |
