    Another delightful plot advancement! More sexuaized regression (including no longer bathing himself) and diaper acceptance (now even established for sexual release), and Jess coming home to further entrench her role as controlling, coddling caregiver. One wonders how far we are away from medically necessary bed rails and a specialized, adult sized, uh, patient care table for changing... anything to assuage Jess' anxiety. ;
