It can be difficult to find plastic pants that fit well over cloth diapers. I found a heat seamer years ago-and just resorted to working out my own patterns. I finally have some I am totally happy with,but it took me years of trying to finally get it just right.

I never buy disposables. I's cheaper to buy cloth and sew my own. And I can reuse a cloth diaper HUNDREDS of times, and it just goes in with regular laundry I am doing anyhow. You can get a simple sewing machine at a goodwill for about twenty bucks kids.

I have some that I have made from patterns I developed myself. They use fleece lined inserts. As far as I know-the company that made them reverted to the baby sizes. Took me a few tries to get it right, but they work quite well.
