@Reddy I am sorry that you are struggling with the new reality and the sometime embarrassing situations that come with being incontinent. I am not incontinent, so I can't know what you're going through, but what I don't understand is why you are embarrassed by needing to wear diapers? People at the gym, or anywhere else for that matter, don't know why you wear and quite frankly, it's none of their damn business. If people ask, then tell them what you want. You have an actual need for diapers now and there's nothing to be embarrassed by. I really hope you don't pull back from doing what you like just because you feel like people would make fun of you or are embarrassed by it. Quite honestly, people are too self-involved to really care about what others are doing, or more relevant, what underwear someone wears. And besides, this is what you wanted after all, so enjoy it and all the ups and downs that go with it.
"Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind" - this kinda relates. The takeaway, who cares what others think!? You do you and enjoy it - there are a lot of people that would gladly trade places with you. I assume you have your good health, you have what seems to be a decent job, a roof over your head, plenty of diapers, food... you're in a good spot and you don't owe anyone that questions you wearing a diaper any explanation.
