  1. Interesting idea, but that isn't going to help in this situation. Those are for containing bowel incontinence, not urinary incontinence. The only real method of making it work is to cut off the leaking of urine or find some sort of shorts or something that will contain all the leaked urine and will seal it off from mixing with the pool water. A dry suit would probably work, but that is a very expensive, and not very practical solution. And I don't know how well a dry suit would hold the leaked urine. I suppose you could wear a diaper in a dry suit to absorb the leaking. But then you're not getting the benefits of being in the pool to begin with. I guess this is just one of the unforeseen consequences of being incontinent.
  2. I don’t mean to come across as judgmental, just curious, but isn’t swimming in a pool while incontinent the same as just peeing in the pool? If this is a public or community pool, isn’t that kind of a big issue? If it’s a private pool, then whatever, it’s your pool and you can pee in it if you want. As far as not leaking all over, what about a penis clamp to stop the dripping and still allow you to feel “free?”
  3. Yeah, I saw that but I thought you’ve made some additional modifications since then.
  4. Congrats on the achievement, sounds like it's a good working model. Would you guys mind posting photos of the current iterations you guys are using? I'm just curious to see how it looks.
  5. I attempted to try it, but I had a hard time getting it in; the beads I used were too big to get past the meatus. But then I saw your latest design, @UsuallyDiapered, and that looks very promising. I am going to have to rethink the size of the beads I was using. I am currently working with some irrigation tubing that is large enough to insert into the 4/6mm silicone tubing snugly. It's 6.5mm od, so it does create a little bulges. Enough? I don't know, I'll have to give it a try. So far it seems like it is very close to your most recent posted prototype. Between you and @Spargano, I think you two are on to something here! 😁
  6. Yeah, I was wondering the same thing; I decided to try it out with some 9.5mm plastic beads that I had around and found a way that I could press them into the 5mm ID/7mm OD tube. I haven't tried inserting it, more of a proof of concept, but it looks like it might work! I will keep toying with this and report back if something interesting comes up.
  7. That was totally it. I ordered some 4mm ID/6mm OD silicone tubing and got it all together as instructed and the fold over, or tucking in, of the tube went so much better. This material is much more pliable and so much easier to work with. As of today, I have finally made and inserted my first stent and so far, is very comfortable. Removal will be interesting, but it seems pretty straight forward. So freaking cool! So yeah, thank you again @Spargano for this! Very excited to see how this all turns out.
  8. I am using some "Clear Vinyl Tubing" 🤷‍♂️ And yeah, I totally get that there isn't enough material for the fold and tuck - this is just a proof of concept to see if I can even do the mechanics of getting it together. Once I know how it's supposed to go, I will go in and use accurate measurements and be sure to allow room for the fold. I will give it another go and see how I do... I was using a punch from my toolbox, but I will try the chopstick next go around. Maybe I need to try different material?
  9. Thank you so much for putting this all together @Spargano! I have been tempted to attempt this so many times, but chicken out due to fear of the unknown. Well, today I decided I'd attempt a mockup to see how well I would do with the construction portion of it. I got the heat gun and the bends going well. I inserted a piece of small wire into the frame tube when heating and bending to keep it from collapsing on itself, kinking the tube -- seemed to work well with no issues with the frame tube collapsing. I then got the frame tube into the outer tube fine and stared heating to get those bends done and all went well. The part that I am really struggling with is getting the ends folded in on itself and tucked in. I cannot for the life of me get that to go well. I've tried multiple items to be the pusher, I've tried stretching out the ends to get them to be more pliable, but I cannot get it to slide in while being smooth and open enough for clear passage of fliuds. Any advice?! I'm diving myself crazy trying to figure this out! Thanks again, and I am seriously looking forward to giving this a try!
  10. Hi BrownBobby, how would one reach you with some more private questions? After seeing your post about "I want to help others who also want this, no matter if it's just occasional diaper-soaking or full-on incontinence." I had a few questions, but I can't send a message (forum says you can't receive messages), so I thought I'd reach out here. Thank you!

That's odd - I definitely used to receive messages in the past and haven't changed any of my profile settings. Feel free to ask away! :)

  11. @Reddy I am sorry that you are struggling with the new reality and the sometime embarrassing situations that come with being incontinent. I am not incontinent, so I can't know what you're going through, but what I don't understand is why you are embarrassed by needing to wear diapers? People at the gym, or anywhere else for that matter, don't know why you wear and quite frankly, it's none of their damn business. If people ask, then tell them what you want. You have an actual need for diapers now and there's nothing to be embarrassed by. I really hope you don't pull back from doing what you like just because you feel like people would make fun of you or are embarrassed by it. Quite honestly, people are too self-involved to really care about what others are doing, or more relevant, what underwear someone wears. And besides, this is what you wanted after all, so enjoy it and all the ups and downs that go with it. "Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind" - this kinda relates. The takeaway, who cares what others think!? You do you and enjoy it - there are a lot of people that would gladly trade places with you. I assume you have your good health, you have what seems to be a decent job, a roof over your head, plenty of diapers, food... you're in a good spot and you don't owe anyone that questions you wearing a diaper any explanation.
  12. Hopefully you both are feeling alright and recovering nicely, just dripping away without any choice in the matter...
  13. Good to hear all the final preparations are nearly done. Is it possible to get some pain meds from the farmicia as well? I know a lot of people here in Southern CA go down to Tijuana to get medications without a prescription. Earlier you mentioned you hope you get some this time around, since you didn’t last time. Thanks for the updates! It’s so neat to be able to live vicariously through your experience.
  14. @Reddy & @BrownBobby Best of luck to you both, you have a whole lot of people hoping for the best and that the outcome is everything you want it to be! Tomorrow is the day, less than 24 hours now? (Fixed the wrong person being tagged. Change BobbyBrown to BrownBobby 😅)
  15. @Reddy, I know somewhere in this thread you mentioned that you enjoy wearing diapers only if you're dependent on wearing. I'm curious, have you gone long(er) time frames wearing? For example, have you gone several weeks or months at a time as 24/7 to see how you get on as if you were dependent on diapers? I know the enjoyment isn't there for you as you could easily just not wear whenever you wanted, but I'm wondering if the excitement fades and becomes a burden rather than something you enjoy after some time passes? Anyway, I am incredibly intrigued by your journey and I really look forward to reading about how you and your lifestyle will change after your procedure. I really hope that you keep up with the sharing details of your trials and tribulations, all the ups and downs that go along with being urinary incontinent. Are you on other platforms discussing this? Maybe a social media platform? Thanks for sharing everything you've shared to this point. Best of luck on your trip, and I hope you achieve everything you've asked for... and more! Cheers!
