Thank you all for your responses. I find it easier when using behaviors such as drinking water as well. It works well if i'm in a position that I can wet easily such as when I'm standing, but if I'm sitting or lying it's much more difficult to release. Anyone have any tricks to make that easier?

Hi everyone, I'm the road to diaper dependency and wear 24/7. I'm looking for methods others have tried to shrink their bladder size or create a more sensitive, irritable bladder that will contract more easily. The combination should eventually lead to incontinence. I've found that setting an alarm and wetting every 15-30 minutes helps to reduce my bladder capacity however it's not always easy to relax and wet when the timer comes if my bladder isn't full. Sometime running water or changing position will help. Has anyone used any other techniques? I've also started to take dandelion root capsules that seem to make it easier to wet. Anyone have anything else that has worked for them?

Great! Thanks for your input. I agree. When I first tried to start bedwetting I could push all I wanted and it would never help. Once I learned to relax it definitely helped but made for some very wet beds..lol

When first training to become incontinent is it okay to bear down and perform a vasalva maneuver when first trying to get comfortable with the new position to release or is it best to just focus on relaxation/reverse Kegel techniques and not encourage pushing?

Your so right BabyWendyMarie! I believe as adult babies we need to make sure that we don't completely lose the adult. Finding that balance is not easy. Finding the Mommy of our dreams in real life is very much not an easy task. No one can ever know exactly what our desires and needs are more than us at the time. It would also be unfair to any Mommy who is willing to have to totally lose their life balance to care for you as an adult baby. In developing our "inner mommy" we have to look at ourselves and examine what is missing. It's different for everyone. In discovering this, it starts us on the path of meeting our needs. I think the program helps me find the balance of both my adult and baby side. It's too easy to fall into unbalance with either. I developed a very similar program I call the Mistress Mommy Solution that I use with my fiancee. The internal parts of the program are the same as the Mommy Solution program but it allows for the Mommy to have daily input in decisions of what is worn and the subs behavior or tasks. Contracts of behavior need to be presented,reviewed and signed. Daily Reports are generated and need to be given to her so that she can monitor what is going on.
