  1. @Spargano Thank you for bringing us along this journey and with such clear detail. I finally feel like it's time to try one for myself. And congratulations on flying with it! That's amazing
  2. Congratulations on your progress! Keep it up
  3. For high quality reusables, Carer (https://carerspk.com/) has several very good options, and most don't require plastic pants. Some look like regular boxers or even tighty whiteys!
  4. The way I've dealt with this at the gym is I bring a bag with me to the shower. In it is my shampoo, etc, a fresh diaper, and a suction hook. I added this several years ago because the hooks outside the showers are frequently already taken. The hook allows me to hang my bag inside the shower high enough to keep it dry. After the shower, the fresh diaper comes out, gets put on in private and everything else goes back into the bag. I wrap my towel around me and head to the locker to finish getting dressed. It's become an easy routine for me that I hardly give a second thought.
  5. Thanks for the update. I'm so happy for you! You said your system has reset to it's default setting. I've never considered it in those terms, but you're completely right
  6. This is fantastic! THANK YOU!!
  7. @Spargano Your metal based stent is very appealing to me! Would you mind sharing your materials list and where you got it??
  8. Congratulations on 1 year!
  9. I'm sure there are many of us who are in the same exact situation, but unwilling to admit it out loud. I appreciate your honesty and willingness to share!
  10. Use a plug on the open end of the cath. The pee will back up but not much and it will allow you to shower, dry off, and get a fresh diaper on https://www.allegromedical.com/products/bard-catheter-plug-and-cap-for-drainage-lumen-on-foley-catheters-each/
  11. Great job on week 1! How was the clean up process for you in light of living in a RV?
  12. Congratulations! Here's to many, many more!🥂
  13. Huge thanks to Ind and cathdiap for willing to share their designs, build methods and success! As always, I'm inspired more each time I catch up on this thread
