I do as well. Being a side sleeper, the cloth keeps any side leaks contained.

I agree with the sentiment of experiencing the inconvenience of wearing all the time due to having a stent in place.

Cathdiap, glad to hear that everything is OK again and that you were able to get the stent back in.

My experience mirrors that of DLNoir. No real issues with bowel incontinence. Had a few accidents here and there which were entirely diet related where I knew it was becoming urgent, however I simply waited a bit too long. Glad I was diapered for those times.

Had the same thing happen to my chair at work a few times. Not much that you can do when that 30 minute conference call goes for 1 1/2 hours and 60 minutes in the diaper is at capacity!!!

While it may sound that way, my version does actually tend to migrate up and into the bladder only when I sleep.

Cathdiap: I have had my own stent in place for more than a year, with only having it removed for a short while to clean. When I looked at it last night, it's time to make a new one. I would love to try your design, but can not figure out exactly how you added the new pieces of plastic tube at the bottom to create the bulges.

Ok, maybe I missed a step here Loveable Guy. How do you get the retrieval string attached to the air tubing? Would like to make one today qnd try it out for the weekend, but definitely don't want the string to detach from the tube!

Enjoy. I am locked in a Holy Trainer at the moment. Completed my first 10 nights and have no idea how much longer I have, which can be a real mental challenge. My key holder is another DL as well and he will decide when I get released and for how long. We agreed that it would be no less than 1 month but no more than 1 year or anywhere in between. So adding 24/7 long term chastity to 24/7 diaper wearing can definitely be done!

I wear diapers 24/7 and have never had any issues. I change from my street clothes to gym clothes in the locker room and also shower and rediaper afterwards. I have gotten a few stares, but never any comments. After I shower and dry off, a grab a diaper from my locker and put it on in a stall. Then I simply change back into my work clothes and go about my business. I think that the key is if your attitude is "No big deal" than no one will bother you. I've also found that most guys who do see the diapers don't want to know and just ignore. If you're up for the challenge, I say go for it, just try to be somewhat "discrete" (at least as much as possible).
