I don't remember exactly how old I was, guessing 7-8. My mother got fed up with and hung a diaper over the end of the bed and told me I would be wearing it the next night if I wet the bed again. I did not, but I do think this is one of the reasons I enjoy wearing and using diapers now.

Easy Access, http://www.easyaccessclothing.com/, also has very nice onsies. Slightly longer in the leg than Babykins and very well made. I have been looking for someplace that will make onsies in a large variety of colors as I enjoy wearing them as a tee shirt, both short and long sleeved. Kitster

Another good locking method is to get a dog collar with the plastic clip locks and drill a small hole through on of the release tabs. Using a small padlock it is impossible to release without a key or in case of an emergency a knife (be careful) or scissors. I too am looking for a comfortable method to secure my diapers as well as prevent them from falling down. Kitster

My wife and I both went together for several sessions many years ago as we were having some marital problems and the diaper wearing/using was part of it. The Dr. explained that as long as what I was doing was not harming others, including my wife, what was the problem with it. She also mentioned that this fetish is not that uncommon. My wife has since decided that I can pretty much wear whenever I want, being discrete in public, but she does not want to partake in any of it.
