I go to the urologist quite a bit.
They always insist I drink water whilst waiting for the Dr. So I can give a sample or they can do an ultrasound etc.
I always end up having to strip to my nappy for the Dr. Nothing worse than standing there literally filling my nappy in front of him and his nurse assistant. Or lying on the ultrasound bed in just a nappy and flooding it.
Also urodynamic test. Filling my bladder more and more one time they just kept filling it and it wasn't coming back out.... they gave up so I stood up and as I did I turned into a fountain peeing everywhere. Embarrassing
Yep. Always worn nappies.
I'm 46 now. Teens was hard as the high school bullies loved to prey on the vulnerable about anything. I was called allsorts of names constantly.
Luckily I met my now wife at 21 and the first time I stayed at her house I had to confess. She was really cool about it. We moved into together relatively quickly and she now puts my nappies and she actively participates in the kink side of this as a mummy/domme.
Yeah lots of people. I'm 24/7 incon.
All through my life it's been normal. Swimming, gym changing rooms, doctors, hospital appts, work.
It's more unusual people haven't seen my nappies tbh.
Hi thanks for all the replies.
I'm incon so wear all the time. I do air out and shower daily.
I wear tena ultima as my go to nappy and megamax at night.
It is a fungal infection according to the Dr. It just seemed to take over very fast. The prescription cream is a 3 in 1 fungal/bacterial and steroid. Also strong anti histomines to help calm the itch (that become to sore to itch)
Its calmed down lots in the last 48 hours but I've got plenty of cream left so will continue to use it.
I always use a barrier cream and change often.
I know the airing out (currently sat here on a pad doing just that) maybe it just got me down a little it seems to be a constant reoccurring issue.
Thanks for all your help
I had to go to the emergency doctor on sunday night.
I have had the worst nappy rash I've ever had. And I've had more than my fair share.
Prescription of some fancy cream and strong anti histomine.
Its been a continuous battle for a couple of years now. Its driving me insane.
Any tips or suggestions to keep it at bay this time?
